清明：追思与新生的交响

When Qingming arrives, right between mid - spring and late spring, it’s like an ancient poem, softly narrating the inheritance of life and engraving the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation that has spanned thousands of years.

清明，在仲春与暮春之交，宛如一首古老的诗篇，缓缓诉说着生命的传承，镌刻着中华民族千年的文化脉络。

回望清明：溯源历史

The origin of Qingming can be traced back to the ancestral beliefs and spring sacrifice rituals in ancient times. Initially, it was merely a solar term. Later, it integrated with festivals like Hanshi and Shangsi, gradually evolving into a significant traditional festival that combines natural and cultural connotations. During the Hanshi Festival, people refrain from using fire and eat cold food, which is said to commemorate Jie Zitui. The solemn and respectful atmosphere of Hanshi has blended into Qingming. The custom of purification by water during the Shangsi Festival adds a joyous flavor of spring outings to Qingming, jointly shaping the unique festival custom system of Qingming.

清明的起源，可追溯至上古时代的祖先信仰与春祭礼俗。它最初只是一个节气，后与寒食、上巳等节日相融，逐渐演变成兼具自然与人文内涵的重要传统节日。寒食节禁火冷食，相传是为纪念介子推，其庄重肃穆的氛围融入清明，而在上巳节临水祓禊的习俗，又为清明增添了春游赏景的欢快气息，共同塑造了清明独特的节俗体系。

拥抱自然：踏青春游

Qingming Festival is one of the 24 solar terms. Qingming Festival, also known as Outing Festival, Ancestral Worship Festival, etc. The ancients believed that the customs and rituals related to Qingming had both natural and cultural connotations. Qingming serves both as one of the 24 solar terms and a traditional festival. The festival falls around April 5th in the Gregorian calendar. This season is full of vitality, as the yin energy wanes, and the earth presents a scene of spring and renewal. It is a good time to go for an outing in the suburbs and enjoy the fresh spring air.

清明节是24节气之一。清明节又称踏青节，祭祖节等。上古时代的祖先信仰春季礼俗兼具自然与人文两大内涵，既是自然节气点，也是传统节日,交节时间在公历4月5日前后。这一时节生气旺盛，阴气衰退，大地呈现春和紧邻之象，正是郊外踏青春游与行星空气的好时节。

When we step out of our homes, we find the earth embracing the spring, with clear and pleasant scenery all around. With trees surrounding the village and willows adding charm, the sky is clear and blue. The spring flowers in the mountains are in full bloom, and from afar, they are like beautiful clouds and mist.During the Qingming Festival, there is not so much sadness and solitude, but a more colorful and lively atmosphere. People go on outings, enjoy the spring scenery, and plant willows, savoring this pure and vibrant springtime.

当我们走出家门，看大地呈现春和景明之相。树绕村庄，天朗气清，垂柳妆成。山间的春花开得正是远看，就像一团团美丽的云霞。清明时节并没有那么多愁悲寂，而是更多缤纷况味，人们踏青、游春、插柳，享受这片洁齐而坦荡的春天。

似乎古人笔下的清明，总是满含愁绪，乱人心肠，不知是窗外雨，还是笔下泪。无论何种，也自是心中难抒。让我们用心品读，共感这古人这悲情两两：

慎终追远：祭扫先人

During the Qingming Festival, people visit the gravesites with respect and yearning. They present fresh flowers, clean the tombstones, and pour out their endless remembrance for their departed loved ones. This solemn ceremony is not only a way to pay tribute to the ancestors but also an important link in the inheritance of family spirit, enabling future generations to remember the kindness and teachings of their predecessors.

清明时节，人们怀着崇敬与思念，前往墓地祭扫。他们献上鲜花，清扫墓碑，寄托对逝去亲人的无尽追思。这种庄重的仪式，不仅是对先人的缅怀，更是家族精神传承的重要纽带，让后人铭记先辈的恩泽与教诲。

It is a time for mourning, longing, and also for moving forward with gratitude. At the same time, there are also a group of people worth remembering as heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence and liberation, and for the prosperity and strength of the country. Many of them have not even left their names, but have erected spiritual monuments with their flesh and blood. Advocating heroes and respecting martyrs has become a common emotional identity and value pursuit of the whole society.

是哀悼，是思念，也是为了在感恩中继续前行。与此同时，还有一群人同样值得我们所有人铭记那就是为了民族独立解放，为了国家繁荣富强，而献出自己生命的英雄烈士。他们很多人连名字都没有留下，却用血肉之躯树立起一座座精神丰碑，崇尚英雄，尊重烈士，也已经成为全社会共同的情感认同和价值追求。

品味时令：传统美食

In terms of food, Qingming features unique seasonal delicacies. Qingtuan, made from wormwood juice and glutinous rice flour, is soft, glutinous, and sweet, exuding a faint fragrance of wormwood. Thin pancakes are rolled with fresh vegetables and meat. They are refreshing and full of the taste of spring. These delicacies not only satisfy the taste buds but also carry people's emotional memories of traditional festivals.

在饮食方面，清明有独特的时令美食。青团，用艾草汁与糯米粉制成，软糯香甜，散发着淡淡的艾草清香；薄饼卷着新鲜的蔬菜与肉类，清爽可口，饱含春天的味道。这些美食不仅满足味蕾，更承载着人们对传统节日的情感记忆。
