9月28日,由IEBE组委会及联合主办单位共同举办的“2022 IEBE 全域电商品牌提效 解痛峰会”在广州花园酒店举行。邀请了众多电商平台、品牌商家等电商行业不同领域的代表出席。广东省市场监督管理局网络监管处副处长舒琳、广东省消费者委员会副秘书长黄冠英、广东省消费者委员会消费指导部主任赵炎出席了峰会。峰会以“全域电商 品牌提效”为主题,在年底双11电商大促活动前夕,围绕品牌自我变革、降本增效、直播电商、外贸出海等主题展开讨论,为品牌企业在不确定性的环境中找到确定性增长。

On September 28, the "2022 IEBE Global E-Commerce Brand Effectiveness and Pain Relief Summit" jointly held by the IEBE Organizing Committee and the co sponsors was held in Guangzhou Garden Hotel. Representatives from different fields of e-commerce industry, such as numerous e-commerce platforms and brand merchants, were invited to attend. Shu Lin, Deputy Director of Network Supervision Division of Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation, Huang Guanying, Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Provincial Consumer Commission, and Zhao Yan, Director of Consumption Guidance Department of Guangdong Provincial Consumer Commission attended the summit. With the theme of "improving the effectiveness of global e-commerce brands", the summit held discussions around the theme of brand self transformation, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, live broadcast e-commerce, and foreign trade sailing on the eve of the Double 11 e-commerce promotion activities at the end of the year, so as to find a certain growth for brand enterprises in an uncertain environment.

WEB 3.0来临之际,IEBE 解痛峰会通过发行NFT的方式,利用区块链技术真实记录了峰会的各种场景,成为行业永不被篡改的记忆。

With the advent of WEB 3.0, the IEBE Pain Relief Summit, by issuing NFT, made use of blockchain technology to truly record various scenes of the summit, becoming a memory that the industry will never be tampered with.


本次大会同步线上直播,超过16W人次在线上收看了本次大会。

广东省网商协会会长黄子荣在致辞中表示,一直以来IEBE都在为品牌企业、传统企业在互联网商业领域的发展而解惑。今年电商环境出现了很多新的变化,为企业带来了许多挑战,IEBE希望通过解痛峰会这个平台,集行业之力,为企业在不确定的环境中找到确定性增长。

在全域电商品牌提效的圆桌论坛上,专业户外品牌骆驼、新锐护肤品牌C咖、大健康品牌Nutrition Care、创意设计机构 inDare Design等品牌齐聚,为企业演示了品牌面对全域电商的自我变革过程。

今年是广东省首次开展放心消费创建电商平台(网店)公示活动,也是在省消委会指导下,首次将“放心消费承诺”活动从线下店铺延伸到线上网店、自建网站APP和小程序商城,得到了电商商家的积极响应。

This year is the first time that Guangdong Province has carried out the publicity activity of creating an e-commerce platform (online store) for assured consumption. It is also the first time that under the guidance of the provincial consumer committee, the activity of "reassuring consumption commitment" has been extended from offline stores to online stores, self built websites APP and small program stores, which has received positive responses from e-commerce merchants.


在解痛峰会现场举行了“广东省放心消费承诺”线上店铺与“广东省放心消费创建公示网店、自建网站”的授牌仪式。广东省消费者委员会,广东省市场监督管理局及广东省网上协会的领导为企业授予放心消费创建与放心消费承诺牌匾。

The awarding ceremony of online stores of "Guangdong Province's Promise of Safe Consumption" and "Guangdong Province's Safe Consumption to Create Publicized Online Stores and Self built Websites" was held at the Pain Relief Summit. The leaders of Guangdong Provincial Consumer Committee, Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration and Guangdong Provincial Online Association awarded the enterprises with the plaque of creating and promising assured consumption.
