8月16日，中国（广东）— RCEP跨境电商合作联盟秘书处成员走访泰王国驻广州总领事馆，受到总领事、副总领事以及商务领事等人的热情接待。

On August 16, China (Guangdong) - RCEP Cross-Border E-Commerce Cooperation Organization Secretariat members visited the Royal Thai Consulate General in Guangzhou and were warmly received by the Consul General, Deputy Consul General and Commercial Consul.

双方就未来的合作方向及事宜进行了深入的探讨。领事馆总领事吉拉蓬.素妲尼表示，中泰之间的经贸往来密切，通过各类对接活动可以加强广东企业与泰国企业之间的紧密联系。

The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the future cooperation direction and matters. The Consul-General of the Consulate, Jirapon Sudanich,said that the economic and trade exchanges between China and Thailand are close, and the close ties between Guangdong enterprises and Thai enterprises can be strengthened through various docking activities.

值得一提的是，中国已连续9年成为泰国第一大贸易伙伴，也是泰国最重要的农产品出口国之一。中泰在经贸领域开展了广泛且密切的合作，形成了包括RCEP与中国—东盟自贸区等多层次、多维度，多渠道的贸易合作格局。据海关部门统计，今年上半年中泰双边贸易额达679亿美元。

It is worth mentioning that China has been Thailand's largest trading partner for nine consecutive years and one of Thailand's most important exporters of agricultural products. China and Thailand have carried out extensive and close cooperation in the economic and trade field, forming a multi-level, multi-dimensional and multi-channel trade cooperation pattern including RCEP and the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. According to statistics from the customs department, the bilateral trade volume between China and Thailand in the first half of this year reached US$67.9 billion.

自今年初RCEP生效以来，泰国与RCEP成员国的贸易额达到1690.4亿美元，较去年同期增长13%。其中，泰国对RCEP成员国的出口为781.7亿美元，同比增长9%。泰国商业部官员表示，RCEP贸易额的增加表明泰国与其他成员国的经济正在逐步复苏，这将为泰国与RCEP成员国的经贸合作带来更多机遇。

Since the RCEP came into effect at the beginning of this year, the trade volume between Thailand and RCEP member countries has reached US$169.04 billion, an increase of 13% over the same period last year. Among them, Thailand's exports to RCEP member countries were US$78.17 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9%. An official from the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand said that the increase in the trade volume of RCEP shows that the economy of Thailand and other member countries is gradually recovering, which will bring more opportunities for economic and trade cooperation between Thailand's RCEP member countries.

总领事表示，RCEP的生效使中泰经贸合作愈发频繁，同时其便利性与规范化的贸易政策，大大加强了泰国与其他RCEP成员国之间经贸合作的信心。The Consul General said that the entry into force of RCEP has made China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation more frequent. At the same time, its convenience and standardized trade policies have greatly strengthened Thailand's confidence in economic and trade cooperation with other RCEP member countries.

在热切的交流过后，双方均认为这次的走访具有长远意义，将保持密切的沟通与合作。
