一直在传闻中的安永拆分正式宣布。
安永的管理层已经做出决定，将安永的审计业务和咨询业务拆分开来。
对此拆分计划，拥有150个国家全球网络的安永全球合伙人将一个国家一个国家的投票。据说占到安永全球收入80%的15个国家的老大已经同意了拆分计划，接下来就是投票流程了。
据说，这个拆分计划里面，营收180亿美金的审计业务将继续保持原有的合伙人架构，咨询业务将会上市，市值估计在千亿美元级别，15%的股份将面向公众发售。审计业务将继续沿用安永的品牌，咨询业务将会采用新的名字。
当然，这个拆分是个大活儿，利益怎么分，原来的责任怎么分、是不是都会同意拆，投票不同意拆分的国家将继续留在原有的架构里。
长期以来，审计业务和咨询业务绑定在一个所和品牌下产生的利益冲突问题，是监管机构和公众的长久担心。毕竟全球90%以上上市公司的审计业务是四大会计师事务所在干。
现在安永在四大中迈出了第一步。
据说安永中国将不会拆分审计和咨询业务，审计和咨询仍然会放在一块儿。据说是因为监管机构对于拆分的架构不满意。
为了拆分，安永请了不少顾问。
EY Global is being advised by Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan while Rothschild, Lazard and Evercore have been counselling individual member firms on the implications of a split for their partners, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Mercer, the consultancy, has advised on how payouts should be split between partners, according to another person familiar with the matter. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Linklaters are providing legal advice, said people familiar with the matter. Slaughter and May is advising EY UK.

Statement on the future of the EY organization
EY’s strategic review of its businesses has progressed, and EY leaders have reached the decision to move forward with partner votes to separate into two distinct, multidisciplinary organizations. The next steps include ongoing engagement with partners to provide them with more information in advance of the voting process. We expect this phase to continue through the end of the year, with voting expected to begin on a country-by-country basis in late 2022 and conclude in early 2023.
