Based on a national security review under the Investment Canada Act, the Government of Canada has ordered Hikvision Canada Inc. to cease all operations in Canada and to wind up its Canadian business.

The Government has determined that the continued operations of Hikvision Canada Inc. would be injurious to Canada’s national security.政府认定，Hikvision Canada Inc.的持续运营将损害加拿大的国家安全。
This decision was made following a multi-step review, based on information and evidence examined by Canada’s security and intelligence agencies.这一决定是在多步骤审查后作出的，基于加拿大安全与情报机构审查的信息和证据。
Our government is also prohibiting federal departments, agencies, and Crown corporations from purchasing or using Hikvision products.
