亲爱的同学们，学院已在“留学助手”APP 上线了“心理咨询”服务，旨在为学校的国际学生提供更加便捷、自主的心理咨询预约途径。为了方便大家了解和使用，小编整理了相关操作流程，具体如下：

Dear SWUers, the service of "psychological counselling" has released on the APP "Study in China" to provide a more convenient and autonomous psychological counselling appointment method for you. The following is the detailed steps:

预约说明：有心理咨询需求的同学，需提前五天通过网上平台进行预约。预约成功后，请在指定时间内与心理咨询老师进行沟通。

Appointment instructions: if you need psychological counseling service, you should make an online appointment five days in advance.

莫缘慧，西南大学应用心理临床与咨询方向硕士研究生，已通过专业英语四、八级，持有高级中学心理健康教育教师资格证。系统地学习了心理咨询伦理、心理评估、心理咨询理论与技术等课程。并且，拥有丰富实践经历，曾在希望之心研究生志愿服务队为未成年人开展了学业与心理辅导，还在蓝信封志愿活动中，为一名初中生提供了心理困扰指导。为人活泼开朗，乐于助人，愿意倾听同学们在生活、学习、社交中的烦恼，以专业的心理咨询知识助力大家度过一个美好的大学生活。

Mo Yuanhui is a postgraduate student majoring in Clinical and Counseling Psychology (Applied Psychology) at Southwest University. She has passed the Professional English Test Band 4 and Band 8, and holds a Teacher Qualification Certificate for Mental Health Education in Senior High Schools. She has systematically studied courses such as counseling ethics, psychological assessment, and theories and techniques of psychological counseling. Moreover, she boasts rich practical experience. She has provided academic and psychological counseling for minors as a member of the Hope Heart Graduate Student Volunteer Service Team. Additionally, she offered guidance on psychological distress to a junior high school student during the Blue Envelope Volunteer Program. She is lively, cheerful, and always ready to help others. She is willing to listen to her peers' troubles in life, study, and social interactions, and strives to support everyone in enjoying a wonderful university life with her professional psychological counseling knowledge.

Message to Clients: It's completely understandable to feel worried by negative emotions or stress. Sometimes, these feelings can be an invitation to better understand yourself and start healing. Please remember, you don't have to go through this alone. I'm here to listen as a friendly ear, to understand your perspective without judgment, and to walk with you on this path. 刘怡菲，西南大学应用心理临床与咨询方向硕士研究生，主要受训流派为认知行为主义、人本主义与短期焦点解决，擅长解决情绪困扰、亲密关系、适应发展等问题。持有高级中学心理健康教育教师资格证与高级中学英语教师资格证，参与西南大学心理学部心理咨询研究与培训中心见习累计时长80+小时，面向全国提供公益个体咨询服务等。性格热情温柔，善于倾听与共情，并非常愿意以己所学与来访一起合作探讨来访内心的答案。

Liu Yifei, psychological counselor and postgraduate student in Counselling and Training Center of Faculty of Psychology in Southwestern University, with more than 80 hours’ practicum and providing individual counseling services to clients nationwide. Her primary training orientations are Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She specializes in addressing emotional distress, intimate-relationship issues, and adaptation/developmental challenges. She is an attentive, empathic listener who is genuinely committed to joining clients in collaboratively exploring the inner answers.

韦卓冉，英语专业本科毕业，具备扎实的英语听说读写能力，持有英语专业四级证书，并在翻译、口译、文学及语言学等方面接受系统训练。研究生阶段主修临床心理与咨询方向，融合英语沟通优势与心理咨询专业技能。在实践方面，曾在新星儿童救助中心担任英语教师与心理咨询师，负责英语教学、心理评估、个体咨询及团体心理活动带领。多次参与英语翻译实习与口译培训，具备跨文化沟通与信息传递能力。在渭南市中心医院临床心理科实习期间，系统学习心理测评、个案记录与心理治疗流程，并参与多场团体认知行为干预与心理辅导方案设计。具备丰富的个体与团体咨询经验，善于在多元文化背景下开展工作，致力于为学生提供专业、温暖的心理支持。

Wei Zhuoran graduated with a bachelor's degree in English, possessing solid English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. She holds a Certificate of English Proficiency Test Band 4 for English Majors and has received systematic training in translation, interpretation, literature, and linguistics. During her postgraduate studies, she majored in Clinical Psychology and Counseling, integrating her English communication strengths with professional psychological counseling skills. In terms of practical experience, she served as an English teacher and psychological counselor at the New Star Children's Aid Center, where she was responsible for English language instruction, psychological assessments, individual counseling, and leading group psychological activities. She has also participated in multiple English translation internships and interpretation training programs, developing strong cross-cultural communication and information delivery abilities. During her internship in the Clinical Psychology Department at Weinan Central Hospital, she systematically learned psychological assessment techniques, case documentation, and psychotherapy procedures. Additionally, she was involved in designing multiple group cognitive-behavioral interventions and psychological counseling programs. With extensive experience in both individual and group counseling, she excels at working in multicultural contexts and is committed to providing professional and compassionate psychological support to students.

涂雅迪，是西南大学心理学部临床与咨询专业的硕士研究生。她本科阶段主修英语专业，已顺利通过英语专业四级与八级考试，具备熟练的双语沟通能力。在校期间，她经常参与校内“心朗”组织举办的心理实践活动，在与来访者的实际接触中，她对心理服务事业的热情愈发坚定。性格方面，她开朗活泼，擅长用轻松的话题打破初次见面的陌生感，迅速拉近与他人的距离；同时，她富有同情心，善于倾听，总能敏锐地捕捉到他人情绪中的细微波动，并耐心陪伴来访者梳理内心的困扰。

Tu Yadi, a postgraduate student majoring in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, Southwest University. During her undergraduate studies, she majored in English, successfully passing the Test for English Majors Band 4 and Band 8, and possesses proficient bilingual communication skills. While at university, she frequently participated in psychological practice activities organized by the "Xinlang" group. Through direct interactions with clients, her passion for the psychological services profession has grown increasingly strong. In terms of personality, she is cheerful and lively, skilled at using light-hearted topics to break the ice during initial meetings and quickly bridging the gap with others. At the same time, she is compassionate and a good listener, always able to keenly detect subtle emotional fluctuations in others and patiently accompany clients in sorting through their inner troubles.

Message to Clients: The academic pressure and cultural barriers may leave you feeling lost in an unfamiliar environment. You might even struggle to express your inner anxiety accurately due to language difficulties.
