About the Speaker
C.F. Kwong
Associate Professor in EEE, Head of Department, UNNC
Dr C.F. Kwong is an experienced academic and researcher in the field of electrical and electronic engineering, specialising in mobile communications, intelligent transportation systems, and AI-enabled wireless networks. With a strong interest in improving academic writing and publication quality, Dr Kwong has extensively used LaTeX and Overleaf for technical documentation, journal submissions, and research supervision. He has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students in producing high-quality theses and papers using LaTeX. Dr Kwong is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). In this session, he shares practical insights into how Overleaf can transform the writing experience for students and researchers, from formatting and citations to real-time collaboration.
