让・梯若尔（Jean Tirole）是法国著名经济学家，因其在垄断行业（即由少数强势企业构成的行业）研究领域的创新性贡献，于 2014 年斩获诺贝尔经济学奖。他是法国图卢兹经济学院让・雅克・拉丰基金会名誉主席及图卢兹经济学院合作伙伴项目（TSE-Partnership）科研主任，同时也是图卢兹高级研究所（IAST）的创始成员，并担任麻省理工学院（MIT）客座教授。

Jean Tirole is a renowned French economist who was awarded the 2014 Nobel Prize for Economics in recognition of his innovative contributions to the study of monopolistic industries, or industries that consist of only a few powerful firms. Jean Tirole is honorary chairman of the Foundation JJ Laffont‐Toulouse School of Economics (TSE), and scientific director of TSE‐Partnership; he is also founding member of the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse (IAST). He is affiliated with MIT, where he holds a visiting position.

在学术研究方面，梯若尔在经济与金融领域发表了约 200 篇论文，并撰写了 13 部具有里程碑意义的著作，这些著作已成为该领域的权威参考文献。除诺贝尔奖外，梯若尔还荣获多项重要荣誉：1993年欧洲经济协会Yrjö Jahnsson 奖、2007年法国国家科学研究中心（CNRS）金奖、2008年BBVA经济、金融与管理领域知识前沿奖首届得主；2010年获CME-MSRI奖与Levi-Strauss奖，2013年获Ross奖，2014年获内默斯经济学奖。

Jean Tirole has published about two hundred articles in economics and finance, as well as 13 influential books that have become standard references in the field. In addition to his Nobel Prize, Tirole has received numerous other honors, including the Yrjö Jahnsson prize of the European Economic Association in 1993, the gold medal of the CNRS in 2007, and was the inaugural winner of the BBVA Frontiers of Knowledge Awards in economics, finance and management in 2008. He received the CME‐MSRI award and the Levi‐Strauss prize in 2010 and the Ross prize in 2013. He is the laureate of the 2014 Nemmers prize in economics.

Porfessor Tirole has dedicated his career to decoding the complexities of economic systems in modern societies.His research has exerted profound influence across core economic disciplines, including microeconomics, game theory, market power & regulation, and industrial organization. By pioneering context-specific regulatory frameworks for diverse industries, his work continues to inspire economists globally while shaping policy paradigms in critical sectors like finance and economics.

刘俏教授，北京大学光华管理学院院长、金融学教授、博士生导师，国家“十四五”、“十五五”规划专家委员会委员，教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者, 2017年《中国新闻周刊》“影响中国”年度经济学家。刘俏教授在公司金融、实证资产定价、市场微观结构与中国经济研究等方面拥有众多著述,其最新著作包括《我们热爱的金融：重塑我们这个时代的中国金融》《从大到伟大2.0——重塑中国高质量发展的微观基础》、Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup与Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy。在2001年至2003年间，曾任职于麦肯锡公司，负责麦肯锡在亚洲企业金融领域的研究，并为大型亚洲公司和跨国公司提供服务。加入北大光华前，曾任教于香港大学经济与工商管理学院，并获港大终身教职。

Professor LIU Qiao is the Dean and Professor of Finance at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is a leading authority in economics and finance in China, and is recognized for his academic works in corporate finance, financial markets, and the Chinese economy. He is the author of “The Finance We Love: Rebuilding China’s Finance in the New Era”, “Big to Brilliant 2.0: Reconstructing the Underpinnings of China’s High-Quality Development”, “Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup” and “Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy”. Professor LIU is the Chang Jiang Scholar Special Term Professor awarded by the Ministry of Education, the Distinguished Young Scholar awarded by National Science Foundation, and the Most Influential Chinese Economist of 2017 awarded by China Newsweek. He worked at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2003, where he advised various MNCs and leading Asian companies on corporate finance and strategies. Before joined Guanghua, he taught in the Faculty of Business & Economics of HKU and was tenured.
