Gerard van Damme is a Senior Advisor at Nordic Match based in Belgium with +15 years of leadership experience working for MNCs in China, most recently at Assa Abloy as Country Manager and Managing Director of Assa Abloy Entrance Systems. Gerard’s career has spanned multiple countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa, within a broad range of industries including manufacturing, petrochemicals, textiles, and construction materials.
Adam Xu
M&A Director
Adam Xu is an M&A Director working at Nordic Match’s Shanghai office, leading multiple transactions and strategic projects. Adam has +25 years of experience within strategy & investments, and previously led M&A and investment activities in APAC for two major US multinational corporations, Parker Hannifin and Cummins. Prior to that, Adam worked as a transaction manager at Ernst & Young (EY) in China.
Simon Forsgren
Analyst
Simon Forsgren is an Analyst at Nordic Match based in Shanghai, and is working on various cross-border deals and strategic projects between Europe and Asia. Simon holds a BSc from Lund University and has a background from working at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and in the Swedish fund management industry.
