Nordic Match at Navigating China 2025

Yesterday, November 18, 2025, Nordic Match partner Markus Dahlström participated in Navigating China in Stockholm, Sweden, with the theme “Innovation and Speed – How to relate to the changing market in China.” Markus delivered a keynote speech on “M&A in China – Why & How,” sharing insights on the strategic opportunities for Nordic companies in China, the key challenges in cross-border M&A, and practical guidance on identifying and partnering with the right local companies.

This year marks the third consecutive year of Navigating China, a premier platform that brings together leading Swedish voices and companies to discuss China’s evolving business landscape. The one-day conference covered a wide range of topics, from establishing and running SMEs in China to updates on the economy, implications of the coming 15th Five-Year Plan, and exploring AI in your China business. Participants from diverse sectors exchanged valuable ideas and experiences, making the discussions highly relevant for companies looking to expand or strengthen their presence in China.

Markus also highlighted how the Chinese market continues to offer unique growth opportunities for Nordic businesses despite the complex regulatory and economic environment.
