Job summary
招商引才／投資推廣副總監（公共關係，華中／華西）將長駐武漢，並負責協助制定在華中及華西地區（見註一）的公關策略，以提升投資推廣署在內地市場（包括報章、電視、數碼及社交媒體）的形象及影響力，同時支援管理層的媒體活動。
Deputy Head of Business and Talent Attraction / Investment Promotion (Public Relations, Central / Western China) based in Wuhan is responsible to assist in developing the Public Relations (PR) strategy for Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) to raise its profile on various channels (including print, TV, digital and social media) in Central and Western China (see note 1), and support the Directorate and the senior team in media engagement.

職責
Duties and Responsibilities
協助制定華中及華西地區的整體公關策略，策劃和執行公共關係活動，包括新聞採訪、媒體宣傳、新聞發佈會、簡報會以及投資推廣署管理層和客戶的採訪；
To assist in developing an overall PR strategy for Central and Western China, plan and execute a wide range of public relations activities, including editorial news stories, media pitching, press conference, media briefing and interviews for InvestHK’s senior team and clients;
為投資推廣署及其客戶準備新聞稿、媒體採訪及演講資料；
To prepare press releases for InvestHK and its clients, materials for media interviews and speeches;
攢寫投資推廣署微信文章，並與投資推廣署總部團隊協調文章發送；
To prepare articles for InvestHK wechat post and coordinate with InvestHK headquarters team on article dissemination;
舉辦媒體活動，例如在投資推廣署官員出差和參加活動期間進行一對一媒體採訪和媒體圓桌會議；
To manage media activities such as one-on-one media interview and media roundtable with InvestHK’s Directorate and senior officers during their duty visits and at events;
每日監察有關投資推廣署、全球經濟及外國直接投資趨勢（特別是與內地市場有關的）的重大議題；
To monitor daily news of major issues related to InvestHK, global economic and FDI trends, especially those relating to the mainland market;
與當地政府部門及相關媒體機構建立聯繫網絡，以提升它們對香港及投資推廣署的認識；
To develop links and networks with local governments and medias that can help raise the profile of Hong Kong and Invest Hong Kong;
協助駐內地經貿辦的市場推廣及公關工作；和
To contribute to the marketing and PR work of other Mainland Offices; and
協助投資推廣署及駐武漢及成都經貿辦舉辦的其他活動，以及履行其他被指派的職務。
To support the activities of InvestHK and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices (HKETOs) in Wuhan and Chengdu as and when required, and to perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
Entry Requirements
具備最少5年的相關全職工作經驗，而該等經驗須在以下範疇取得：公共關係、公共事務、市場推廣及傳訊，具備政府、公共或國際機構工作經驗者更佳，若擁有相關管理經驗者獲優先考慮；
Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time work experience in public relations, public affairs, marketing and communications; experience of working in the government or public bodies or international organisations would be an advantage; Such relevant experience at a managerial position would be an asset;
具有大學學士學位或同等學歷，持有更高學歷者獲優先考慮；
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; holders of a higher degree would be an advantage;
具備卓越中英文書面及口語能力，流利普通話及英語表達及溝通技巧；
A strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent presentation and communication skills in Putonghua and English;
具備拍攝／編輯影片、社交媒體推廣及數碼市場推廣經驗者更佳；
Experience in video shooting/editing, social media promotion and digital marketing would be an advantage;
具香港及／或華中及／或華西地區生活和／或就業經驗者為佳；以及
Experience of living and/or working in Hong Kong and/or Central and/or Western China would be an asset; and
必須具備於中國內地進行勞務，並與第三方簽訂勞動合同的資格，並無須聘用單位代辦簽證。
Candidate must be eligible to take up employment in mainland China without arrangement of work visa by the employer and eligible to sign the labor contract with a third party.
