New energy feed-in tariffs will be fully determined by the market. 2026年1月1日起，全省新能源项目（光伏发电、风力发电，下同）上网电量原则上全部进入电力市场，上网电价通过市场交易形成。新能源项目可报量报价直接参与市场交易，也可聚合后参与市场交易，未直接或聚合参与市场交易的，默认接受市场形成的价格。根据电力市场建设和行业发展实际，适时推动生物质发电等其他新能源发电项目参与电力市场交易。参与跨省跨区交易的新能源电量，上网电价和交易机制按国家跨省跨区送电相关政策执行。 New energy projects can participate in market transactions by submitting volume and price bids directly or through aggregation. Those that do not participate directly or through aggregation will, by default, accept the market-formed prices. Based on the progress of electricity market development and industry conditions, other new energy power generation projects, such as biomass power generation, will be promoted to participate in electricity market transactions at an appropriate time. For new energy electricity involved in inter-provincial and inter-regional transactions, feed-in tariffs and transaction mechanisms will follow relevant national policies on cross-regional power transmission.
