中国政府奖学金生、上海市政府奖学金生、国际中文教师奖学金生由学校统一购买保险。

The international students supported by the scholarships of China government, Shanghai municipality government and Center for Language Education and Cooperation may cover the insurance. 

在我校学习的自费生应于报到注册前自行购买好学校指定的外国留学生团体综合保险，半年400元，一年800元。

The self-supporting students must pruchase the insurance designated by the university before registration. 400 yuan for half a year, 800 yuan for a year.

学生因病或意外伤害需住院治疗，请到附近的公办医院检查，入住普通病房（不能是外宾病房、特需病房、国际部等），入院前或入院后24小时内拨打保险公司服务支持热线400-810-5119，可以申请住院费用垫付。超过24小时，只能出院后申请理赔。医疗记录册、住院单上的姓名需与学生本人护照姓名一致。

If a student needs hospitalization for treatment due to illness or accidental injury, please go to a public hospital for examination and have access toa public ward (rather than a foreign guest ward, a special hospital ward and an international department). Please call the insurance company's service support hotline 400-810-5119 to apply for hospitalization expense advance payment within 24 hours. If it exceeds 24 hours, claims can only be applied after leaving the hospital. The name on the Medical Record Book and hospitalization form must match the student's passport name.

学生可自行到公办医院就医，挂普通号（不能是外宾号、特需号、国际部等），每次治疗都应在医疗记录册上留下记录。医疗记录本上的姓名需与学生本人护照姓名一致。

The student may have medical treatment at the public hospital, make an ordinary appointment (rather than the foreign guest registration, the special registration or the international depertment), and pay the costs on its own, with each treatment to be recorded on the Medical Record Book. The name on the Medical Record Book must match the student's passport name.

门急诊医疗费用理赔：就诊日费用限额600元，在日限额的基础上累计超过650元以上的部分按照85%比例赔付。在材料齐全的情况下，理赔款将于一个月内转到学生本人银行账户。

Rules on claims settlement for outpatient emergency treatment: 600 yuan on a daily limit, and compensation of 85% for the bottom line over 650 yuan. Send complete materials, the amount of claims settlement will be transferred to the bank account of the student within one month.
