城乡居民基本医疗保险参保缴费开始啦！在甬外籍大学生可以通过「支付宝App」缴纳所属2026年度的城乡居民基本医疗保险费。
Payment of urban and rural residents’ basic medical insurance has begun! International students in Ningbo can pay for medical insurance of 2026 via Alipay.
方式一：支付宝App直接搜索“宁波社保缴费”，点击“社保缴费”按钮进入流程界面。
Method 1: Search for “Ningbo Social Security Payment”in Alipay, and click the “Social security payment” button to start the process.
方式二：点击首页“市民中心”图标，找到“税务”栏目并点击进入，选择“宁波社保缴费”功能进入流程界面。
Method 2: Click the “City Service” icon on the homepage of Alipay, enter the “Taxation” section, and click the “Ningbo Social Security Payment” to start.
进入流程界面后，在甬外籍大学生可选择“我为自己缴”或是“我帮他人缴”，如操作的支付宝账号为本人所有，选择“为自己缴纳”，相关身份信息将自动带出，确认本人身份信息无误后，即可点击【下一步】，如操作的支付宝账号非本人所有，则属于帮他人缴纳城乡居民基本医疗保险的情形，选择“我帮他人缴”，需手动输入缴费人姓名、证件号码等信息，确认身份信息无误后再点击【下一步】。
After entering the interface, international students in Ningbo can choose either “I pay for myself” or “I help others pay”. If the Alipay account under operation is owned by the current operator, select “I pay for myself” and the relevant identity information will be pre-populated. Click “Next Step” after confirming the information. If the Alipay account under operation is not owned by the current operator, it is the case of helping others pay the insurance, so choose “I help other pay” and manually fill in the fee payer’s information, like name and ID number. Click “Next Step” after confirming the information.
需要注意的是，系统默认证件类型为“身份证”，以其他证件类型参保的在甬外籍大学生，请注意选取正确的证件类型，如外国人永久居留证/港澳居民来往大陆通行证等。
Attention! The default ID document type is “ID Card”. International students in Ningbo who want to enroll with other document types should choose the correct one, like Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents.
勾选险种类型“城乡居民基本医疗保险费”后，点击【下一步】继续确认缴费的年度和档次，系统默认缴费年度为2026年度，在校大学生默认缴费档次为每人每年200元，确认后点击【下一步】进入支付界面，点击【去支付】即可完成缴费。
Select the insurance type as “Urban and Rural Residents’ Basic Medical Insurance”, click “Next Step” to further confirm the payment year and the premium. The default payment year is 2026 and the premium is 200 yuan annually per person. Click “Next Step” to enter the payment interface and click “To Pay” to complete the process.
请在2025年12月26日前完成缴费，以免中断参保，影响2026年1月至12月的医保待遇享受。
Please complete the payment before December 26, 2025 to avoid interruption of insurance which may affect enjoying the insurance benefits in 2026.
