中秋假期过半，西湖人潮汹涌，你还在发愁去哪儿透透气？杭州的“Hash House Harriers”（简称HZH3）——这个以跑步为名、以喝酒为实的国际俱乐部，再次出发！第290次的“Still Undead!” Hash，将在本周二下午带你逃离闹市，奔向山野。

Halfway through the Mid-Autumn break and tired of the West Lake crowds? The Hangzhou Hash House Harriers—an irreverent global running-and-drinking club—are calling you out. Their 290th “Still Undead!” Hash kicks off this Tuesday afternoon, offering a wild blend of trails, laughter, and cold beers in the hills beyond the city.

“喝酒主义，跑步是附属”是HZH3一直的笑话，但这些疯狂的人让每一次Hash都变成无法再现的体验：7-8公里的山地小径，热汗淋漓的攀爬，最后以冰镇啤酒收尾。这次的路线由两名Hare——A. N. A. L. 和 Suck Boner——负责带队，光看名字就知道，不会无聊。

The motto is “a drinking club with a running problem,” but there’s more to it than that. Each Hangzhou Hash is part workout, part social adventure: 7–8km of hilly trails, the occasional scramble, and that glorious moment when the first beer cracks open. This week’s hares, A.N.A.L. and Suck Boner, promise both sweat and scenery.

带什么来

What to Bring

夏天未尽，记得带轻便衣物、一颗空杯的心，还有30RMB现场付费。笑声与啤酒供应充足。

Still hot out there—wear something breathable, bring an open mind, and 30RMB (WeChat or Alipay on site). Be ready for a few hills, a few laughs, and maybe a few surprises.

费用与说明

Hash Cash

💵30RMB，现场可通过支付宝或微信支付。由于HZH3重启后每次活动都有亏损，这次费用略有上调（此前为20RMB）。俱乐部始终为非盈利性质，仅为维持活动成本。

💵30RMB to be paid on-site via Alipay or WeChat. The fee has been raised slightly from the previous 20RMB after recent runs operated at a loss. HZH3 remains fully non-profit—the goal is simply to keep the trails, chalk, and good times running.
