That evening’s guest bartender Yao Tian unveiled his Tiki 2.0 menu—part of his Modern Tiki Tour. Fresh herbal notes in Tomatoes, the fizzy sweet-sour of Berry & Purple Rice, the floral-citrus poise of Mujianghua & Rose—all spun Yunnan ingredients into playful, layered drinks. The bar felt lively yet grounded, as if the night itself were held steady.
