This Saturday afternoon (11.29), Hangzhou welcomes the official New Zealand Wine Certification Programme. Created by New Zealand Winegrowers and NZTE, it offers a clean, well-structured path that takes students from regional landscapes to what ultimately lands in the glass.

本次课程由李杨老师全程授课——他是不多见的“新西兰产区高级葡萄酒讲师”及“新西兰葡萄酒官方教育推广大使”。他对南北岛风土的专业解读，将带领大家用两小时建立起清晰、体系化的新西兰葡萄酒地图。
The session is led by Li Yang, a rare combination of NZ Regional Senior Lecturer and Official NZ Wine Education Ambassador. In two structured hours, he guides atrendees through the distinctions of the North and South Islands and builds a practical, easy-to-use map of New Zealand wine.

What's Covered
课程围绕新西兰主要产区展开：从马尔堡到霍克斯湾，从吉斯本到坎特伯雷，涵盖气候、土壤、地形，以及这些因素如何影响葡萄品种的香气、酸度与酒体结构。
The course explores NZ’s key regions—Marlborough, Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, Canterbury and more—breaking down how climate, soil, and geography shape aroma, acidity, and structure.

课程中将品鉴来自南北岛的十款精选葡萄酒，横跨新西兰的经典风格：清爽的长相思、细腻的灰皮诺、优雅的黑皮诺，以及更具质感的地区代表款。学员将在对比式品鉴中，更直观地感受新西兰葡萄酒的纯净、多样与层次。
You’ll taste ten wines curated from both islands—crisp Sauvignon Blancs, delicate Pinot Gris, elegant Pinot Noir, and regional expressions with greater texture. Structured comparison makes New Zealand’s purity, diversity, and layering unmistakably clear.

课程提供中英文双语讲解，课堂内容会以双语呈现，并配有中文官方教材，帮助学员更系统地理解产区结构与风味逻辑。
Instruction is fully bilingual, with the course delivered in both Chinese and English so every attendee can follow comfortably, regardless of background.

课程结束后，学员将获得由新西兰官方颁发的《新西兰葡萄酒初级认证证书》。
