宁波的味道,从来不是一碟菜的故事,而是一整本被海潮慢慢写成的书。海定甬上把这本“海味古籍”从东海边翻到了万象城,将海与山的脉络、节气与风土的章句,以最安静、也最当代的方式铺在餐桌上。


Ningbo’s flavor has never been a single dish; it is a book written slowly by the tide. Hai Ding Yong Shang brings this maritime manuscript from the East China Sea to the floors of MixC, unfolding its chapters of season, salt, and mountain produce in a modern and quietly elegant dining room.



推开被水幕轻掩的入口,像翻开一本略带水汽的古籍封面。麒麟石像在雾气中守望,脚步从万象城的热闹跨进一片静谧。迎面是海鲜冰台与大地蔬果,像图书馆入口前的主题展览,把今日的“馆藏”先展示给你看。


Passing the water-curtain entrance feels like opening a book whose cover still holds a trace of mist. A stone qilin watches quietly as the bustle of MixC gives way to stillness. The first display of fresh seafood and vegetables forms a kind of exhibition foyer, as if the library is showing you today’s featured collection before you step inside.

靠墙的展示柜像一座“海味典籍馆”。贝壳、海星、珊瑚、竹编器具、渔网木梭,这些来自海边的旧痕被安静安置,像一段段注释宁波饮食史的脚注。它们不是装饰,而是“证据”,提醒着食客:这里的每一道菜,都有海风写下的来路。


The wall cabinets resemble a maritime archive. Shells, starfish, coral, bamboo tools, and fishing shuttles sit behind glass like footnotes to Ningbo’s culinary history. They are not decorations but evidence — reminders that every dish here has a lineage written by the sea breeze itself.



深木纹的墙面、深绿的玻璃杯、水纹叠光的灯罩、格纹软椅与森林壁纸一起构成低饱和的静美。光从扇形灯罩里流下来,在木桌上铺开一层淡淡的书页光泽,像有人刚读到一段好句,把灯光调低,不愿惊扰余韵。


Dark wood, forest wallpaper, green ribbed glassware, and plaid upholstery create a low-saturation calm. Light spills softly from fan-shaped sconces, spreading across the tables like the faint sheen of a well-loved page. It feels as though someone lowered the lamp after reading a beautiful line and wanted the silence to settle around it.



靠窗的位置能看见万象城的户外主街:节庆舞台、季节市集、树冠与行人交错。窗外是城市的下一章,窗内是书房的上一页。两者之间隔着一层玻璃,形成一种微妙的“双层时间”——热闹在流动,安静在凝固。


The window seats overlook MixC’s outdoor promenade: pop-up stages, festival stalls, treetops, drifting crowds. Outside is the city’s next chapter; inside is the previous page of a study room. A single pane of glass creates two layers of time — movement on one side, stillness on the other.



菜单里的海鲜物候图是这家餐厅的“总目录”。黄鱼、鲳鱼、带鱼、梭子蟹、海螺、河虾、海蜇,一年十二个月的潮汐与渔获被画成了轻巧的月记。宁波的餐桌从来靠季节说话,这份图册是最温柔的证据。


The menu’s seafood calendar is the restaurant’s master index. Yellow croaker, pomfret, ribbonfish, swimming crab, conch, river shrimp, jellyfish — all mapped across the twelve months like a tidal diary. Ningbo’s table has always spoken through seasons; this illustrated chart is its gentlest proof.



宁波菜的美在于“守”,而不在于“做”。蒸得刚好、煨得不急、发酵得恰如其分。黄鱼靠自身的脂香就能撑起一桌子的风味;梭子蟹保持海水的矿物气息便已足够;贝类和小海鲜轻轻滚过热汤就能亮出清脆的甜。


The beauty of Ningbo cuisine lies in what it preserves, not what it imposes. Steaming is measured, braising unhurried, fermentation quiet and wise. Yellow croaker needs only its own natural oils to fill a table; swimming crab requires nothing more than the sea’s mineral whisper; clams and small shellfish brighten with the gentlest dip in broth.



恒温酒柜像一座味觉书架。Prieler 的奥地利桃红、Roederer 的香槟、九顶庄园的蛇龙珠,各地的风土在这里被摆成一本本“液体精装本”。它们的酸度与矿物感恰好能托住海鲜的轻巧,不喧哗,只陪伴。


The temperature-controlled wine wall is a bookshelf of flavor. Prieler’s Austrian rosé, Roederer Champagne, China’s Nine Peaks Cabernet Gernischt — bottles arranged like liquid hardcovers. Their acidity and minerality support seafood without overshadowing it, harmonizing rather than competing.



海定甬上不是场景,而是一种节奏。它让宁波菜从“家常的日用之味”变成“一本值得重读的书”。离开时,窗外人声依旧,灯光依旧,而心里却像被海水冲洗过一样干净。


Hai Ding Yong Shang is not just a space; it is a rhythm. It turns Ningbo cuisine from a daily household comfort into a book worth rereading. When you leave, the crowds outside are the same, the lights unchanged, yet something inside feels rinsed clean by the tide.
