Summer vacation is coming!
为了让大家能够安全、愉快地度过假期，我们在这里提醒各位同学，无论出行还是留校，谨记“三安全”和“三防范”，度过一个平安、愉快的假期！
We would like to remind you of the following safety precautions for your safety during the vacation, whether traveling or staying at school！ Please keep in mind the "Three Safeties" and "Three Preventions" to ensure a safe and pleasant holiday!
一、留校安全
On-Campus Safety
1. 服从学校的统一管理和住宿安排。宿舍内禁止留宿外来人员，中途离校请按规定办理退宿手续。
Follow the school's unified management and accommodation arrangements.
Do not host outsiders in the dormitory. If you are leaving midway, please complete the check-out procedures as required.
2. 按时归寝，不得无故外宿。
Return to the dormitory on time and avoid staying out overnight without reason and permission.
3. 不在宿舍使用违禁物品，不乱接电源。
Prohibited items and tampering with electrical wiring in the dormitory are strictly prohibited.
4. 不在宿舍吸烟、乱丢火种，禁止使用明火。
No smoking, littering of flammable materials, or open flames in the dormitory.
二、居家安全
Home Safety
1. 注意开窗通风，保持室内空气流通。
Ensure proper ventilation for fresh air circulation.
2. 增强防火意识，掌握基本防火安全知识。
Enhance fire prevention awareness and learn basic fire safety knowledge.
3. 适当使用电子产品，注意劳逸结合。
Use electronic gadgets moderately and strike a balance between work and rest.
4. 均衡饮食，保持良好的饮食习惯。
Maintain a balanced diet and healthy eating habits.
三、出行安全
Travel Safety
1. 遵守当地交通法规，注意行车安全。
Obey traffic laws and pay attention to driving safety.
2. 关注天气变化，做好出行准备。
Stay updated on weather changes and prepare accordingly.
3. 出行途中看管好随身物品，注意自己的人身和财产安全。
Keep an eye on personal belongings and ensure personal and property safety.
4. 不在设有危险标志处停留。
Avoid staying in areas marked with danger signs.
5. 如遇突发事件，听从指挥，冷静应对。
In case of emergencies, follow instructions and stay calm.
一、防诈骗
Fraud Prevention
1. 交友需谨慎，避免感情取代理智。
Be cautious when making friends; do not let emotions take over rationality.
2. 少接触借贷平台，远离校园贷，树立正确的消费观。
Minimize contact with loan platforms, stay away from campus loans, and establish a correct and rational concept of consumption.
3. 不轻信他人，不轻易向他人转账。
Do not trust others easily or transfer money to strangers.
二、防溺水
Drowning Prevention
1. 不私自下水游泳。
Do not swim in unsupervised waters.
2. 不擅自与他人结伴游泳。
Do not swim with others without permission.
3. 不到无安全保障的水域游泳。
Avoid swimming in unsecured areas.
4. 不到不熟悉的水域游泳。
Do not swim in unfamiliar waters.
5. 不擅自下水施救。
Do not attempt to rescue others without proper training.
三、防中暑
Heartstroke Prevention
1. 在高温的天气减少外出，尽管外出也要做好防暑措施。
Reduce outdoor activities during extreme heat and take precautions if going out.
2. 大量出汗后，要及时补充水分。
Rehydrate promptly after excessive sweating.
3. 一旦出现头晕、恶心、胸闷等中暑症状，迅速转移到阴凉通风处休息，情况严重的立即到医院治疗。
If experiencing dizziness, nausea, or chest tightness, move to a shaded, ventilated area immediately. Seek medical help if symptoms worsen.
