为立体展现南昌“可爱、正义、安全、暖心”的城市特质，生动传递城市历史底蕴、现代活力与中外文化交融魅力，进一步提升南昌城市品牌影响力，首届“青春视界・南昌镜头”短视频大赛将正式启幕，现面向全国公开征稿！诚邀广大创作者以镜头为媒，聚焦南昌多元风采，讲述城市精彩故事。具体要求如下：

大赛以“青春视界・南昌镜头”为核心主题，邀请全国创作者以南昌为创作背景或灵感，通过短视频展现“可爱的南昌、正义的南昌、安全的南昌、暖心的南昌”，传递南昌的独特魅力与中外文化交融的故事。参赛者需围绕以下子主题之一进行创作，融入南昌的历史、文化、现代发展或人文故事。
The competition uses "Youth Vision Lens of Nanchang" as the core theme. National creators are invited to use Nanchang as a background or inspiration for their creations, present "lovely Nanchang, just Nanchang, safe Nanchang, and heartwarming Nanchang" through short videos, conveying the story of Nanchang's unique charm and the intermingling of Chinese and foreign cultures. Participants are required to create a composition around one of the following subthemes, incorporating Nanchang's history, culture, modern development or humanities story.
（一）可爱的南昌：展现南昌充满活力、亲切友好的城市形象，通过轻松、愉悦的叙事方式，传递南昌的青春气息和吸引力，让观众感受到这座城市的独特“人情味”和生活乐趣。
(1) Lovely Nanchang: Show the vibrant, friendly and friendly urban image of Nanchang, transmit the youthful atmosphere and appeal of Nanchang through a relaxed and pleasurable narrative, allowing the audience to feel the unique "human taste" and life pleasure of the city.（二）正义的南昌：聚焦南昌作为“英雄城”的历史精神，展现其在革命历史、社会公平或道德担当方面的正义形象。作品应传递南昌人民追求公平正义的精神，体现城市的社会责任感与历史传承。
(2) Justice in Nanchang: Focus on Nanchang's historical spirit as a "hero city" and present its righteous image in terms of revolutionary history, social equity or moral responsibility. The work should convey the spirit of the Nanchang people's pursuit of fairness and justice, and reflect the city's sense of social responsibility and historical inheritance.
（三）安全的南昌：呈现南昌作为安全宜居城市的特质，展现其和谐的社会环境、完善的公共安全体系或市民的安心生活状态。作品应通过真实场景或感人故事，传递南昌的安全感与稳定性，增强观众对城市的信任感。
(3) Safe Nanchang: To present Nanchang's characteristics as a safe and livable city, to demonstrate its harmonious social environment, sound public safety system or the peace of life of its citizens. The work should convey the security and stability of Nanchang through real scenes or moving stories, and enhance the audience's trust in the city.
（四）暖心的南昌：突出南昌的人文关怀与温暖情怀，展现人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的情感联结，传递南昌的温情与正能量。作品应通过感人的故事、便民的服务、细腻的情感等表达方式，打动观众，体现南昌的包容与温暖。
(4) Warm Nanchang: Highlight Nanchang's human care and warm feelings, show the emotional connection between people, people, society, and nature, and transmit Nanchang's warmth and positive energy. The work should impress the audience through moving stories, convenient services, delicate emotions and other expressions, reflecting Nanchang's tolerance and warmth.
四、作品要求
IV. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
1.作品内容要求：作品内容聚焦中外跨文化交流，主题需体现“可爱的南昌、正义的南昌、安全的南昌、暖心的南昌”，叙事方式应符合国际传播的基本规律，具备全球视野和文化共鸣。
1. Content: The content of the work should focus on cross-cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. The topic should reflect "Lovely Nanchang, Just Nanchang, Safe Nanchang, Warm Nanchang." The narrative should conform to the basic rules of international spread, and have a global vision and cultural resonance.
2.参赛作品需至少满足以下条件之一：作品需双语字幕，鼓励英文配音或外籍人士担任主持人、主人公、受访对象。
2. Entry to the competition must meet at least one of the following requirements: the work must be subtitled in bilingual languages, encouraged to be dubbed in English or foreign nationals to act as host, protagonist, interviewee.
3.参赛主体要求：参赛主体不限。以单位、机构、工作室和个人名义参赛均可。以单位、机构和工作室为参赛主体的，同一单位报送作品不限;以个人为参赛主体的，同一个人参赛作品各子主题不超过1部。
3. Participation requirements: Participation is limited. Entry is possible in the name of a unit, organization, studio or individual. 4.作品形式不限。人物访谈、脱口秀、短纪录片、Vlog、微短剧、宣传片等均可，时长2分钟以内。

本次短视频大赛每个子主题分别评选出一等奖1名，奖金2000元/名（含税）；二等奖2名，奖金1000元/名（含税）；三等奖3名，奖金500元/名（含税）及优秀作品奖10个，奖金200元/名（含税）。4个子主题共64个奖项，将分别给予现金奖励和荣誉证书。
