The CSA Facilitation Model provides a simple, proven framework to plan and deliver high-impact workshops through three stages:

This 2-day hands-on training gives you both the framework and the facilitation toolbox to immediately enhance your workshops, meetings, and learning sessions.

🏅 Certification
Participants completing the program receive a CSA complecation Certificate, which can be applied for The CSA certificate, that issued by Grape People (Finland) and Hison Education (Singapore).
