AmCham Shanghai's Real Estate, Construction & Design Committee is pleased to present our next event on China Urban Design: Past, Present, and Future on Tuesday, September 23, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.

The event will feature Dr. Lola Woetzel, one of the most influential figures in China's business and urban innovation landscape. Based in Shanghai since opening McKinsey's Shanghai office in 1995, she advises companies and government institutions on urban strategy, economic development and infrastructure.

In her presentation, Dr. Woetzel will explore the historical context of urban design in China, the forces driving its transformation, and future needs as the real estate market shifts from greenfield expansion to asset management. James Macdonald, AmCham Shanghai Committee Chair and Head of Research at Savills China, will moderate the discussion.
