Based on multiple rounds of technical discussions and the company's long-term accumulated practical experience, the Dorco Heavy Industry Ring Rolling Machine Automation Production Line has systematically optimized its structural form, rigidity strength, and mechanical accuracy, achieving overall optimization on the original basis. This production line has performed well in terms of blank precision control, reduced turning allowance, improved material utilization, and consistent forging quality, providing strong support for customers to achieve production optimization and value enhancement.
This production line is designed specifically for 5KG-10KG forged ring rings, with a theoretical output of up to 240 pieces/hour, suitable for the automation processing needs of small and medium-sized circular parts.

自动化系统配置:
采用带单轴机器人的滑台机构,实现加热炉棒料至压力机镦粗工位的自动输送;
配置平板四轴机器人,完成压力机三工位间的工件转运;
使用带顶出装置的单轴机器人,执行压力机工位的卸料与待料任务;
配备双机器人移动平台,为辗环机提供自动上下料支持;
引入KUKA 210机器人,负责环件的上下料、卸料与码垛作业;
集成废料输送、模具冷却清洗、毛坯冷却输送线及码垛托盘等辅助设备。

Automation system configuration:
Adopting a slide mechanism with a single axis robot to achieve automatic conveying of heating furnace rod materials to the upsetting station of the press;
Configure a flat four axis robot to complete the workpiece transfer between the three stations of the press machine;
Use a single axis robot with an ejector device to perform unloading and waiting tasks at the press station;
Equipped with dual robot mobile platforms to provide automatic loading and unloading support for the ring rolling machine;
Introduce KUKA 210 robot responsible for loading, unloading, and palletizing operations of ring components;
Integrated waste conveying, mold cooling and cleaning, raw material cooling conveyor line, and palletizing pallets and other auxiliary equipment.
