D51Y series vertical ring rolling machine (hole expanding machine) is suitable for the hot rolling and expanding process of circular blanks. This equipment can be used for processing non welded ring parts such as bearings, flat welding flanges, high diameter flanges, and thin-walled barrel components. In the forging process, after upsetting and punching, using this equipment to expand the hole can smoothly connect with the previous and subsequent processes, helping to achieve a complete production process.
工艺适应范围广
该立式辗环机支持轧制多种金属材料，包括高温合金钢、轴承钢、普通碳钢及铜铝等，对前序制孔工艺要求较为宽松，可与常见锻打设备配合使用，替代传统马架扩孔方式。通常可一次碾扩成型，有助于提升生产效率，改善毛坯精度，减少后续车削余量，并在提升材料利用率、切削表现与锻件质量方面具备良好表现。
Wide range of process adaptability
This vertical ring rolling machine supports rolling various metal materials, including high-temperature alloy steel, bearing steel, ordinary carbon steel, and copper aluminum. It has relatively relaxed requirements for the pre drilling process and can be used in conjunction with common forging equipment to replace the traditional horse frame drilling method.
