Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for international market penetration and development of regional market, explore for new customers, and consultants’ resources;

2.Responsible for customers management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey, and to penetrate more distribution channel;

3.Involve in promoting and selling of TICA’s product and shall not limit to AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product range in TICA Group;

4.Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company’s strategy, and to achieve sales target as required;

5.Risk measurement for all sales order and to ensure smooth payment from customers;

6.Involve in exhibition activities as required, organize product training to customers and distributors;

7.Collection of sales data and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

1base地在马来西亚,不需要签证支持的。

2具备2年左右外贸运营经验,能够接受出差印度的男生。来解决当地工厂销售运营的问题。

3汇报对象:印度国家经理   

4年龄:35岁以下;

5语言要求:英语(会中文优先)

6国籍要求:马来西亚  

7擅长模块:外贸运营经验  当地有工厂。

8不需要有商空同行业背景,具备外贸运营经验就可以。

工作职责:

1负责印度市场销售运营支持,协调印度分公司与总部的日常沟通对接

2监控印度区域销售数据,定期输出销售分析报告

3管理销售订单全流程,确保订单处理时效控制在24小时内

4协助制定印度市场销售策略,参与销售目标分解。

任职资格:

1本科及以上学历,1年以上海外团队销售运营经验,熟悉印度市场优先

2精通ExcelPower Bl数据分析工具,能独立完成销售报表

3具备商务英语沟通能力

4具备跨文化沟通能力,能接受印度区域出差
