【任职要求】
【Qualifications】
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源.工商管理等相关专业;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
2.中英文流利,5 年以上人力资源工作经验,其中至少 3 年以上大型制造业 HR 管理经验;
Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written). Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience including 3+ years in large-scale (300+ employees) manufacturing HR management.
3.具备丰富的招聘经验,能独立完成人才引进与团队建设;
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment and organizational development.
4.有 HR 系统实施或上线经验,熟悉系统操作流程及数据管理;
Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with strong system operation and data management capabilities.

【任职资格】Qualifications

2.5 年以上制造业信息化工作经验,至少 2 年以上管理工作经验,熟悉电子产品制造流程,有跨国企业或巴西本地工厂信息化建设经验者优先;
5+ years of IT experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in management; familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes; experience in multinational or Brazilian factories preferred;
3.熟悉网络架构、数据库管理、信息安全及云计算技术,熟悉 ERP、MES、OA 等系统的实施与运维;
Proficient in network architecture, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing; experienced in ERP/MES/OA system implementation and maintenance;
4.熟悉 IT 相关体系及数据合规性要求,如 ISO 27001 国际信息安全标准、通用数据保护条例(GDPR)、巴西数据合规要求(如 LGPD)等;
