On Nov. 19, 2025, UCN Deputy CEO Mr Chris traveled specially from Manila to China, visiting the UCN China office to review business progress and hold face-to-face exchanges with the team, charting the course for the next phase of development.

During the meeting, Mr Chris listened in detail to the China team's report on recent work and highly acknowledged the achievements. He emphasized, "Headquarters has always attached great importance to the Chinese market, and the China team is an indispensable and key force in UCN's global strategy."

Meanwhile, Mr Chris shared clear goals for China's market, urging proactive changes and better service fit. He stressed close member ties through attentive service and encouraged the team to stay energetic, bold, and competitive. "We must change with the market," he said, "but never our focus on quality and care."
