2025年11月11日，墨西哥经济部发布公告，对原产于中国的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物作出反倾销肯定性终裁，决定对涉案产品征收0.8324美元/千克的反倾销税。涉案产品的TIGIE税号为3903.90.99、4002.11.99、4002.19.02、4002.19.99及4002.99.99。措施自公告发布次日起生效。
On November 11, 2025, the Mexican Ministry of Economy issued an announcement, making an affirmative final anti-dumping determination on thermoplastic styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer originating from China. It was decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of USD 0.8324 per kilogram on the involved products. The TIGIE tariff codes for the involved products are 3903.90.99, 4002.11.99, 4002.19.02, 4002.19.99, and 4002.99.99. The measure takes effect from the day following the announcement.
2024年8月7日，墨西哥对原产于中国的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物启动反倾销调查，案件倾销调查期为2023年4月1日～2024年3月31日，损害调查期为2021年4月1日～2024年3月31日。2025年3月3日，墨西哥对该案作出肯定性初裁，初步裁定对涉案产品征收0.8324美元/千克的临时反倾销税。
On August 7, 2024, Mexico initiated an anti-dumping investigation on thermoplastic styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer originating from China. The dumping investigation period for the case was from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, and the injury investigation period was from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2024. On March 3, 2025, Mexico issued an affirmative preliminary determination in this case, preliminarily deciding to impose a temporary anti-dumping duty of USD 0.8324 per kilogram on the involved products.
