根据《上海国际能源交易中心风险控制管理细则》的有关规定，经研究决定，自2025年10月15日（星期三）交易起，非期货公司会员、境外特殊非经纪参与者、客户在集运指数（欧线）期货合约日内开仓交易的最大数量为200手。实际控制关系账户组日内开仓交易的最大数量按照单个客户执行。套期保值交易和做市交易的开仓数量不受此限制。

Circular on Adjusting the Trading Limit of Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) Futures Contracts
All related parties,
In accordance with the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, Shanghai International Energy Exchange hereby notifies the trading adjustments as follows:
As from October 15 2025, the maximum intraday position opening volume of a Non-Futures Firm Member (Non-FF Member), Overseas Special Non-Brokerage Participant (OSNBP), or client in Containerized Freight Index (Europe Service) futures contracts will be 200 lots.
Accounts linked by actual control relationship are treated as a single account during the enforcement of this trading limit. Position opening volume for hedging or market-making purposes is not subject to this restriction.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and English translation, the Chinese version shall prevail.
