1.集装箱短缺是运费上涨的主要原因。短期内很难缓解。不过我会看看有没有任何方式可以降低下运费。

Container shortage is amongst one of the major reasons for swelling freight charges. It cannot be eased in the short time. I will check any possible solution to bring the freight rate down and update.

与此同时,要灵活变通,多询问几家靠谱的货代,海运贵,是否可以考虑铁路运输;空运贵,是否可以考虑走海运LCL.


2.不妨让他自己去找货代,因为这是整个市场行情都这样,他去问了自然就知道:

We kindly suggest you could work with a freight forwarder in your country. The freight rate sometimes is more cost effective and it will be easier for your localclearance.
我们建议你找找你们那边货代。通常费用会更划算,并且清关方便。

3.如果客户找了很低价的货代,但之前没合作过的,来和你们压价:
Here is a suggestion, don't choose a freight forwarder with a particularly low price. Their shipping may have some illegal operations, which will bring you unexpected hidden risk.

建议不要找太低价的货代有时候他们操作不太合规,会给你带来很多潜在风险


4.提供客户货物包装信息,以便客户和其他货代询价: Please check the following details and get a freight quote from your forwarder:

* Total Cargo volume_总体积
* Port of loading装运港口
* Port of destination_ 目的港口
*Total weight (kgs)_ 总重量
* Total Package_总包装件数
* Delivery incoterm_运输条款如FOB

信息透明化,节省沟通成本,也能让新客户增添好感。
5. Actual Weight is exactly what the product weighs including packaging. Dimensional Weight takes into account the volume, including length, width & height of the package that you are shipping.

重货是产品加包装重量。拋货则是按长宽高的体积重量来 计费。(同不明 白体积重那么高的客户解释)

6. Do you have any other cargoes from China? So we can send to your supplier's warehouse for consolidating the shipment.

你在中国还有其他货吗?我们可以送过去你 其他工厂仓库拼装。(适合体量不大, 但是很纠结单独发运的客户)
