英语证书怎么选？这份避坑指南请收好

四六级仍是主流，托福雅思并非必需

托业（TOEIC）在中国认知度极低，除部分日韩企业外，多数用人单位不了解该证书，实际应用价值有限[1]。

PETS（公共英语考试）在职场中几乎不被认可，尤其是PETS三级及以下，普遍被视为大专层次考试，对求职无实质帮助，不建议在简历中提及[1]。

BEC考试费用较高，中级水平与大学英语四级相当，高级略高于专八，但企业对其分级体系认知模糊，实用性受限，不推荐优先考虑[1]。

托福和雅思在国内就业市场的直接加分作用有限，企业更关注实际工作能力而非考试成绩，极少在招聘要求中明确分数门槛（英语培训类岗位除外）[1]。

大学英语四、六级仍是国内企业最广泛认可的英语能力证明，99.99%有英语要求的岗位均以四六级作为基本筛选标准[1]。

四级体现基本英语读写能力，六级则多用于海外销售等对英语要求较高的职位[1]。

外企招聘通常不列明证书要求，而是通过英文职位描述、中英文简历提交及英语面试等环节筛选具备实际沟通能力的候选人[1]。

如苹果、微软等大型外企，岗位职责直接用英文撰写，默认候选人具备良好英语能力，不会单独强调证书要求[1]。

Requires at least 8+ years of hands-on mechanical product design engineering experience.
Must have experience with any of the following 3D CAD Tools: Solidworks, ProEngineer, etc.
Prefer a solid understanding of DOE, GD&T, SPC, or CP/CPK techniques.
Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing.
Must have mechanical design engineering experience of small parts, component design, assembly experience is a plus.
Experience with mechanical design engineering of any of the following:
consumer electronics, or small medical devices, or automotive components, or injection molding, or jigs, or tooling, or fixtures, or consumer appliances with tight tolerances will be considered.
PCB design, flex circuits or material science and basic chemistry is considered a plus, but not required.
Ability to communicate well with cross-functional team members, and be able to efficiently collaborate to achieve project goals.
