“车路云一体化” 让“聪明车”跑上“智慧路”
“Integration of Vehicles, Roads, and Cloud” Enables “Smart Vehicles” to Run on “Intelligent Roads”
无人驾驶公交车在城市中轴线上丝滑行驶,自动驾驶清扫车在街道上穿梭工作,无人售货车在广场上招手即停……近日,记者在鄂尔多斯市康巴什区街头看到,越来越多的智能驾驶应用场景正在这里上演。
Driverless buses glide smoothly along the city’s central axis, autonomous sweepers work through the streets, and unmanned vending vehicles stop upon a wave in the square... Recently, a reporter witnessed a growing number of intelligent driving application scenarios unfolding on the streets of Kangbashi District, Ordos City.
智能驾驶已不是新事物,但要想大规模应用走进公众生活,“车路云一体化”发展路径成为关键所在。“车路云一体化”是智能网联汽车领域的一个专业术语,指的是通过新一代信息与通信技术,将人、车、路、云的物理空间和信息空间融合为一体,让智能网联汽车交通系统实现安全、节能、舒适及高效运行的信息物理系统。通俗来说,即“聪明的车+智慧的路+强大的云”。
Intelligent driving is no longer a novelty, but large-scale application into public life hinges on the development pathway of “Integration of Vehicles, Roads, and Cloud.” This term is a technical concept in the field of intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs). It refers to the use of next-generation information and communication technologies to integrate the physical and information spaces of humans, vehicles, roads, and cloud systems into one, creating a cyber-physical system that ensures the safe, energy-efficient, comfortable, and efficient operation of ICV transportation. Simply put, it means “smart vehicles + intelligent roads + powerful cloud.”
2024年,鄂尔多斯市获批工业和信息化部等五部委智能网联汽车“车路云一体化”应用试点城市。眼下,涵盖公共交通、智慧出行、物流运输等领域的“车路云一体化”多元场景应用在这里加快落地,“聪明车”跑上“智慧路”正在具象化。
In 2024, Ordos City was approved by five ministries including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a pilot city for the “Integration of Vehicles, Roads, and Cloud” application in intelligent connected vehicles. At present, the multi-scenario applications of this integration—spanning public transportation, smart mobility, and logistics—are accelerating in implementation here, and the vision of “smart vehicles” running on “intelligent roads” is becoming a reality.
在康巴什街头,无人接驳智慧站台上的数字大屏实时显示各类智能网联汽车的行驶位置。很快,一辆智能网联观光巴士停靠站台,记者上车后看到,智能网联汽车测试员高瞳坐在驾驶位上,双手却并未触碰方向盘,而是专注监控屏幕。转弯、掉头、加速、减速……方向盘自动打轮、摆正,车辆全程平稳行驶。
On the streets of Kangbashi, the digital screen at the unmanned smart shuttle station displays the real-time location of various intelligent connected vehicles. Soon, a smart sightseeing bus arrives at the station. Upon boarding, the reporter saw vehicle tester Gao Tong seated in the driver’s seat—not touching the steering wheel but focused on the monitoring screen. Turning, U-turns, acceleration, deceleration... the steering wheel automatically rotates and straightens, and the vehicle moves smoothly throughout.
“车辆搭载的5组激光雷达如‘电子眼’般扫描路况,0.3秒内即可完成红绿灯识别与障碍物规避。”高瞳介绍说,经过一段时间的公开道路测试,智能网联观光巴士从一开始的走走停停,到现在的丝滑行驶,变得越来越“聪明”,车速也从20公里/小时提高到25公里/小时。
“The five sets of LiDAR installed on the vehicle act like ‘electronic eyes,’ scanning road conditions and identifying traffic lights and avoiding obstacles within 0.3 seconds,” explained Gao Tong. After a period of public road testing, the smart sightseeing bus has become increasingly “intelligent,” evolving from frequent starts and stops to smooth driving, with its speed increasing from 20 km/h to 25 km/h.
在鄂尔多斯,“聪明车”不止行驶在市区,高速路上疾驰的无人驾驶重卡、露天煤矿里24小时自动作业的无人驾驶矿卡,也正日渐走进现实。
In Ordos, “smart vehicles” are not limited to city streets—driverless heavy-duty trucks speeding down highways and unmanned mining trucks operating around the clock in open-pit coal mines are also becoming part of reality.
“作为国家重要的能源基地,鄂尔多斯把物流运输作为智能网联汽车的一个重要应用场景。”鄂尔多斯智能网联创新中心总经理陈红军表示,长线公路运输由于运营成本较高,进行“车路云一体化”应用的现实需求迫切。“鄂尔多斯货物运输需求巨大,全年上线运输重卡达33万辆,同时道路环境相对简单,从商用车和矿用车入手培育‘车路云一体化’无人驾驶应用,可尽快实现商业闭环,有相当大的市场空间。”陈红军说。
“As a key national energy base, Ordos regards logistics as a vital application scenario for intelligent connected vehicles,” said Chen Hongjun, General Manager of the Ordos Intelligent Connected Innovation Center. “Long-distance highway transport incurs high operating costs, creating a pressing need for integrated vehicle-road-cloud solutions. With Ordos’s massive freight demand and 330,000 heavy-duty trucks operating annually, coupled with relatively simple road environments, starting with commercial and mining vehicles to develop driverless applications through vehicle-road-cloud integration could achieve a commercial closed loop quickly and tap into a significant market potential,” Chen noted.
“聪明车”的安全上路,需要有“智慧路”的配套跟进。鄂尔多斯市逐步分区部署摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等交通感知设施,完善路侧通信设施、路侧计算设施等智能化基础设施,实现重点区域智能路口升级改造。
The safe deployment of “smart vehicles” on roads requires coordinated development of “intelligent roads.” Ordos is progressively installing traffic perception facilities such as cameras, millimeter-wave radars, and LiDAR across designated zones, while enhancing roadside communication and computing infrastructure to upgrade key intersections into intelligent ones.
云平台则扮演着智能交通大脑的角色,通过收集和处理来自车辆、道路基础设施的数据,实现全局的协同感知、决策与控制。走进鄂尔多斯“车路云一体化”调度展示中心,巨大的环形曲面屏上呈现着一幅流动的“城市数字孪生图”,虚拟路网以高精度三维形态铺展开来,智慧路口、网联车辆、交通事件等各种信息实时上传汇总,实现“全市一朵云”。
The cloud platform acts as the brain of intelligent transportation, collecting and processing data from vehicles and road infrastructure to enable global collaborative perception, decision-making, and control. In the Ordos “Integration of Vehicles, Roads, and Cloud” Dispatch and Exhibition Center, a massive curved panoramic screen displays a dynamic “digital twin” of the city. A high-precision 3D virtual road network is spread out, and real-time data on smart intersections, connected vehicles, and traffic events is continuously uploaded and aggregated, achieving a “city-wide cloud.”
截至目前,鄂尔多斯已实现全域开放智能网联汽车测试道路,吸引华为、踏歌智行、广汽、金龙等10余家企业投放车辆开展路测。其中,在城市综合服务领域,部署智能网联车辆70辆;在大宗货运领域,部署300辆自动驾驶重卡进行L2+L4领航编队运输示范。(记者 安路蒙 张晟)
As of now, Ordos has opened its entire region to intelligent connected vehicle road testing, attracting over ten enterprises—including Huawei, TAGE Zhixing, GAC Group, and King Long—to deploy test vehicles. Of these, 70 intelligent connected vehicles have been deployed for urban integrated services, and 300 autonomous heavy-duty trucks for L2+L4 platoon transport demonstrations in bulk freight operations.
