Our latest series of fully recyclable and reusable multi-life delivery boxes is engineered for sustainability-minded e-commerce. Sealed with water-activated, biodegradable tape, each box is designed for at least three cycles of use: (1) Initial delivery (2) Return/exchange (3) Final delivery
By enabling a minimum of three uses per box, cardboard waste can be reduced by up to 66% compared to traditional single-use packaging. The box is constructed using just two materials—cardboard and water-soluble tape—making recycling simple, cost-effective, and efficient.
多生命纸箱的水封胶条采用水溶性、安全、可生物降解且生物相容的材料，常用于儿童胶水。由于水封胶条易溶于水，因此也易于被水激活。纸箱预装了水封胶条，用湿毛巾或海绵激活后即可变得粘稠。一旦激活，水封胶条就能将纸箱表面牢牢粘合在一起。水封胶条会在纸板表面之间形成分子间物理互锁键，使纸箱 100% 防篡改。
The sealing tape is a safe, water-soluble, biodegradable, and biocompatible material—commonly used in children’s glue. Because it dissolves easily in water, it is also easily activated. Each box comes pre-applied with water-soluble tape strips that become adhesive when lightly moistened with a damp towel or sponge. Once activated, the tape forms strong intermolecular, physical interlocks between cardboard layers, making the box 100% tamper-proof.
每个纸箱顶部都最少有 3 条可撕拉链。用户收到纸箱后，只需撕开一条拉链即可打开纸箱。如果需要更换或退货，接收者只需将下一条水封胶条沾湿即可密封纸箱，然后寄回即可。如果无需更换/退货，接收者可以保留纸箱以备下次使用！
Each box features three tear-away zipper strips at the top. Upon delivery, the customer simply tears open one strip. If a return or exchange is needed, they can activate the next tape strip to reseal the box and send it back. If not, the box can be kept and reused for a future shipment.
使用多次后，纸箱可直接送往回收中心。由于水封胶条遇水易溶，纸板在回收清洗过程中可快速分离胶条，实现高效回收。
At the end of its lifecycle, the box can be sent directly to a recycling center. Since the tape is water-soluble, it dissolves naturally during the standard water-based recycling process, with no need to remove adhesives or sort materials.
这款水封胶条密封多生命纸箱目前正与中通快递开展试点合作，其首次公开亮相是在2025年4月30日至5月4日于上海青浦朱家角举办的一场咖啡文化主题活动上。
This sustainable eco-friendly multi-life delivery box is currently on trial with logistics company ZTO, first presented at a recent coffee culture event held at Shanghai’s Qingpu Zhujiagang on 30th April to 4th May 2025.
