根据欧盟法规 (EC) 1935/2004，不同的与食品直接或间接接触的材料和制品（一般称作Food Contact Materials，简称FCM）需满足各自相应的法规要求。
这项法规的目标是：
✅ 确保食品接触材料不会危害人体健康
✅ 维护消费者合法权益
重点提示：
• 不同材质（塑料、金属、硅胶等）需满足各自相应的迁移限量等要求；
• FCM资质要求商家提交商品已满足相应法规要求的证明文件；
•要求每一个SKU的商品材质都需要经过检测；
•检测报告中具体检测项需与要求一致。
