At the past 21 sessions of the CAEXPO, Indonesia has occupied nearly 2,400 booths, with approximately 1,300 participating companies. Major exhibited goods and services included national image promotion, wooden furniture, food and beverages, handicrafts, home decorations, and consumer goods. Important agreements were signed for projects such as bridges, power plants, and sugar factories.

At the 19th CAEXPO, the West Kalimantan Industrial Park project was signed. Invested and developed by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group in West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, it is a circular economy industrial park centered on deep processing of resources and has been included in Indonesia's National Key Projects and Industrial Growth Center Belt.



At the 16th CAEXPO, China Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) Guangxi Company and other Chinese enterprises signed a joint development agreement with Indonesia for the Gongbasa hydropower project. Located in Central Sulawesi Province, the Gongbasa Hydropower Plant is a key project in Indonesia's clean and renewable energy development plan.



SAIC-GM-Wuling Indonesia Motor Co., Ltd. is a CAEXPO exhibitor. Its manufacturing base project in Indonesia commenced production in 2017, with a total investment of USD 700 million and cumulative production and sales exceeding 100,000 vehicles.



The Surabaya-Maladu Bridge project signed at the 5th CAEXPO has been completed and opened to traffic. With a total length of 5,438 meters and a total investment of USD 190 million, it is one of the larger cross-sea bridges in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Since the launch of Pavilion of Cities of Charm at the 2nd CAEXPO in 2005, Indonesia has featured multiple provinces, cities, or regions such as Jakarta, Semarang, and Palembang. The "Cities of Charm" zone comprehensively showcases the developments and business opportunities of these areas in trade, investment, science and technology, culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
