How to set up mobile payment?

1. 使用手机下载安装微信或支付宝app，根据 app操作指引注册，输入国外或国内手机号等信息。

Download and install the WeChat or Alipay app on your phone, register with your foreign or domestic phone number and other required information as the app instructs.

2. 打开微信APP，点击我-->服务-->钱包-->银行卡；打开支付宝APP，点击我的->银行卡，然后绑定工银美国维萨（Visa）信用卡或借记卡；

Open the WeChat app, tap"Me"->"Services"->"Wallet"->"Bank Cards"; Open the Alipay app, tap "Me"->"Bank Cards," then add your ICBC (USA) Visa credit or debit card to complete the process.

3. 选择您添加的工银美国VISA卡进行线上线下支付，汇率实时结算。您可在网银和手机APP上随时查看您的交易记录。

Select the ICBC (USA) Visa card that you added for online and offline payments, with a real-time foreign exchange rate. You can check your transaction details anytime via our online banking or the mobile app.

注意事项

Notes for your attention

1. 使用微信（Wechat）、支付宝（Alipay）绑定工银美国VISA卡，会通过发送验证码至微信注册时预留的手机号进行银行信息验证，国际电话号码可接收验证码。

When adding the ICBC (USA) VISA cards to WeChat or Alipay, you will need to verify your bank information by receiving a verification code to be sent to the phone number that you used for WeChat or Alipay registration. International phone number is also available for receiving SMS notifications.

2. 使用微信、支付宝绑定工银美国银行卡进行线上线下支付，遵循国际卡统一标准，单笔金额不超过200元人民币，用户无需支付额外手续费；单笔金额超过200元人民币，用户需要按照交易金额的3%支付第三方平台服务手续费。

When using ICBC (USA) cards for WeChat Pay or Alipay for online or offline payments, international card service fee applies. For transactions under RMB 200, no additional service fees. For transactions over RMB 200, 3% service fee applies by third party.

3. 绑定工银美国借记卡进行微信、支付宝消费，日限额为单笔或多笔总额不超过等值1500美元。

When using ICBC (USA) cards for WeChat Pay or Alipay, the daily purchase limit is equivalent to $1500 USD.

4. 使用微信、支付宝进行支付，需要进行实名认证。有中国大陆居民，可使用身份证进行认证；非中国大陆居民，可使用外国护照、外国永久居留证、港澳通行证等，根据个人身份不同可对应选择相关证件进行认证。

Identity verfication is required when using WeChat Pay or Alipay. For China Mainland residents, Chinese resident ID is good for verification; Non-China Mainland residents, foreign passports, foreign permanent residence permits, Hongkong and Macau travel permits are acceptable for verification, choose whatever ID fits for you.

5. 工银美国信用卡或借记卡暂不支持发送红包和转账等功能。

ICBC (USA) credit or debit cards currently do not support the functions for sending or receiving red packets or making funds transfers.

1. 现有工银美国存款账户客户，可直接联系工银美国网点或者发邮件至 cardinfo@icbc-us.com 并指明您想申请的卡片类型，VISA普卡（无年费）或VISA白金卡 （首年免年费，第二年起年费为85美元）。

ICBC (USA) existing deposit account holders, please contact our branches or email us at cardinfo@icbc-us.com for applications, indicating VISA Preferred Card (No Annual Fee) or VISA Signature Card (No Annual Fee for the first year, after that $85)

2. 非工银美国存款账户客户，需先联系工银美国网点开立存款账户后再申请信用卡。

Non-ICBC (USA) existing deposit account holders, please contact our branches for deposit account opening first, then apply for the credit card.

携带两个有效证件和美国地址证明至工银美国各营业网点开立存款账户并申请借记卡即可。

Bring 2 pieces of your valid ID and proof of US address to ICBC (USA) branches for deposit account opening and to apply for the debit card.
