工银美国见证开户：通过中国境内指定的工商银行机构为您开立美国本地账户，享受美国本地银行服务。通过办理该业务，您可在出国前预先开立工银美国的个人支票账户，获得借记卡、网上银行、手机银行、跨境汇款等系列服务。

The ICBC (USA) Witness Account Opening Program is the service that you can apply the ICBC (USA) account via witness by ICBC China Branches. Through this service, you can establish an account relationship with THE BANK, apply for debit card and check book that are associated with this account, access to internet banking, mobile banking and wire transfer service even before you arrive at U.S.

1. 提前享受：出国前即可拥有美国本地账户，开通网上银行，享受美国当地银行服务。

You can establish an account relationship with ICBC (USA) before you arrived at US and self-register online banking via www.icbc-us.com and manage your account from there.

2. 汇款免费：使用中国境内工商银行手机APP跨境汇款至工银美国，全程无任何费用。

No international wire transfer fees when you wire your money via ICBC China Mobile app.

3. 取现免费：在任意带有MoneyPass标识的ATM取现免费；若账户日均余额达到5,000美元或以上，全球ATM自动提款机取现零手续费（被他行收取的手续费由工银美国在月末返还到客户账户中）。

Our Debit Cards have no ATM access fees at any ATM with MoneyPass Logo or as long as you maintain a daily minimum average balance of $5,000. Service charges incurred are refunded at the end of each month.

4. 缴费免费：在美国本地使用工银美国账户缴纳美国本地学校的学费、房租，且完全免费。（个别学校可能会自行收取手续费，具体以学校最终支付为准）

No fees when you link an ICBC (USA) account to your school website for tuition or rent payments. (Fees may apply for certain schools)

5. 账户日均余额满足300美元（含）或以上，免收月服务费15美元。

No monthly service fee of $15 with a daily average balance of $300 or above.

6. 中英文双语手机app给您和家人提供24/7账户服务并进行交易。

Bilingual mobile app enables you and your family to access account information and make certain transactions, 24/7.

已获得相关赴美签证的个人客户，年满18周岁。

包括：赴美留学生 （F1/F2 Visa）、访问学者(J1/J2 Visa)的客户等。

An individual customer with minimum age of 18 years old and has already obtained the U.S. visa, aiming at studying（F1/F2 Visa）or Visiting Scholar (J1/J2 Visa) in USA.  

1. 有效护照和赴美签证 

Valid passport with US visa

2. 有效中国居民身份证 

Valid Chinese ID

3. 录取通知书 （学生需提供）

Offer Letter（Student only）

4. I-20移民局表格（学生需提供）或 DS-2019移民局表格（访问学者提供）

I-20 Form（Student only）or DS-2019 Form (Visiting Scholar only)

5. 学校任一注册证明（如学生证、付款凭证、选课表、学校邮件确认函等）Provide any of the school enrollment documents, such as Student ID, Payment Receipt, Course Schedule or any official documents issued by the school

可以通过两种方式开立工银美国账户（包括“学生支票账户”）：

Two ways for ICBC (USA) Account Opening:

一、前往中国境内工行指定的188家二级分行、近660个网点支行，现场申请开立工银美国账户。可联系境内相关指定相关网点或拨打当地工行95588热线进行咨询。

Please contact designated ICBC China Branches or call ICBC China customer service hotline 95588 for inquiry or make an appointment for the business accordingly.

二、如果来不及在中国提交开户申请，可在抵美后前往工银美国分行，现场开立账户。

Please contact ICBC (USA) Branches for account opening once you arrive at US.
