Asset Management Sub-working Group
The Asset Management Sub-working Group was created in April of 2024 under the umbrella of the Financial Services Working Group, which also includes Sub-working Groups for Banking & Securities, Insurance and Non-banking Financial Institutions. The group is open to industry representatives and currently has over a dozen of members. Fresh perspectives are always welcome, and we encourage stakeholders to reach out and explore opportunities to join us!
This year, the group will make its first annual contribution to the Business in China Position Paper for the 2025-2026 edition, emphasising the importance of greater access to the Chinese pension system for European financial institutions, expansion of the Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (QDII) and Qualified Domestic Limited Partner (QDLP) schemes, and other general matters pertaining to the business environment for asset managers in China.
