Ecovadis is an assessment method based on international standards related to sustainable development (such as the ISO 26000 Corporate Social Responsibility Management System standard, Principles of the Global Compact, Global Reporting Initiative standards, GERES principles, etc.), which evaluates the sustainable performance of suppliers in the client's supply chain through an online platform. The evaluation covers four main themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Business Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement, encompassing 21 standards.

The EcoVadis assessment is divided into four phases: platform registration, data collection, analysis and review, and audit results. It assesses the substantial impact of a company in the field of corporate social responsibility based on documentary evidence. Since its establishment in 2007, EcoVadis has evolved into a globally trusted corporate sustainability rating method. More than 1,200 companies (ranging from the world's largest brands to regional leaders and medium-sized enterprises) rely on EcoVadis to assess and manage sustainability practices in their supply chains, with over 130,000 rated companies.

Ecovadis是基于可持续发展相关国际标准（如ISO26000企业社会责任管理体系标准，全球契约原则，全球报告倡议组织标准、GERES原则等），通过线上平台，为客户的供应链评估供应商可持续表现的一种评估方式，评估内容包括4大主题（即环境、劳动和人权、商业道德、可持续采购），涉及21项标准。
