Event Details

Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) officially issued the Provisions on Promoting and Regulating Cross-border Data Flows (hereinafter referred to as 'New Rules'), relaxing the respective regulations if it comes to international data transfer.

While data compliance has become an increasingly focus of foreign enterprises in China just as much as for Chinese authorities, the latest news represents an at least partial ease on the transfer of less sensitive and more general data.

Together with Rödl & Partner and TÜV SÜD, we will explain how foreign enterprises will be subject to regulatory requirements of relevant laws and regulations. Ms. Wang Li from Rödl & Partner China and Mr. Korbin Yang from TÜV SÜD will give speeches on how the new regulations and Internet of Things (IoT) Products can affect our Production and Operations Security, and how we can respond to it through practical case studies.

最近，中国国家互联网信息办公室（CAC）正式发布了《促进和规范数据跨境流动规定》（以下简称“新规”）。近年来，数据合规是中外企业和政府部门关注的焦点，该新规中对于国际数据传输等相关规定有一定程度的放宽。

为更好解读新规，帮助企业了解数据传输的监管要求，我们邀请到Rödl & Partner（德国罗德律师事务所）以及TÜV SÜD（TÜV南德）的相关专家，通过案例分析为企业解读企业如何满足相关法律法规的监管要求，以及在全球广泛应用的物联网产品可能为用户带来哪些数据泄露与网络攻击的风险以及应对思路。
