ABOUT THE COMPANY
Client Development & Engagement
Identify and acquire new clients by understanding their logistics needs (cargo type, shipping methods, destinations and delivery timelines)
Propose tailored logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
Market Research & Quotation
Conduct market analysis to stay updated on pricing, transit times, and carrier service offerings across different routes.
Prepare competitive and accurate quotations based on client needs and market trends.
Contract Negotiation & Finalization
Negotiate terms with clients, including shipping methods, pricing, delivery schedules, and insurance coverage.
Facilitate contract signing to ensure mutual compliance and protection of interests.
Order Processing & Shipment Tracking
Receive and process shipping orders, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to arrange transportation.
Monitor shipment status in real-time, promptly addressing any issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Expand and maintain a strong client portfolio through regular follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date

Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the full sea and air freight operations. -
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with various types of clients. -
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven, with a strong sense of professionalism and teamwork. -
Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality service. -
Ability to meet company-set GP targets and assigned tasks effectively. -
Self-sourced cargo / client network is a plus.
