VOTING OPEN | CICC Ordinary General Assembly, 28 Feb, Beijing

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform you that the voting for the 2024 Financial Statement and 2025 Budget are officially open.

The results will be announced on February 28th during the Ordinary General Assembly of the CICC. The Assembly will meet in the first call at 14:30, Beijing time. If the condition indicated in art. 11.4 of the Statute does not occur at the scheduled time, the Assembly will meet at 15:00 in second call. Attendance in the second call is recommended.

The assembly will be held both offline at the auditorium of the Italian Cultural Institute in Beijing and online via Zoom platform, the link will be circulated closer to the date of the Assembly.

CICC Members belonging to the categories entitled to vote pursuant to art. 4 of our Statute are called to cast their vote for the approval of the 2024 Financial Statement and 2025 Budget.

The vote can be cast electronically via the online voting platform Election Runner between 09:00 on February 23 and 18:00 on February 27, 2025***.

***Members entitled to vote will receive an email with the sender secretarygeneral@cameraitacina.com, sent via Election Runner. Attached to the email they will find a link through which they can reach the platform and cast their vote. The 2024 Financial Statement and 2025 Budget will be attached as well.

We also remind you that to vote, you must be in possession of a valid Chamber of Commerce membership.
