MISSIONS
-
Participate in the project preparation within the project teams, including but not limited to feasibility study, preliminary design, sizing equipment, technical specification preparation etc. 能参与项目团队的前期筹备工作，包括但不限于可行性研究、初步设计、设备选型、技术规范编制等。 -
Review the engineering documents taking into account local standards requirements, including specifications and specific site conditions, to help the purchase teams of LLE for the supplier qualification. 能基于当地标准要求（含技术规范及特殊工况）审核工程文件，协助LLE采购团队完成供应商资质认证。 -
Participate in the DD, new project technical investigation for business development. 参与业务拓展相关的尽职调查(DD)及新项目技术评估。 -
Involve in the qualification of the design institute, consultant, vendor and/or construction subcontractor. 参与设计院、咨询机构、供应商及施工分包商的资质评审。 -
To build and improve awareness of QHSE management and ensure site compliance to all QHSE and energy related regulations. 建立并提升QHSE（质量健康安全环境）管理意识，确保现场符合所有QHSE及能源相关法规。 -
Provide assistance to the project teams during the construction & retrofits & commissioning as technical consultant. 作为技术顾问为项目建设、技改及调试阶段提供支持。 -
Assist to build and reviewthe technical model of the LLE projects, optimize the global efficiency of the plants and networks. 协助搭建并审核LLE项目技术模型，优化厂站及热网综合能效。 -
Participate in the implementation of digital tools related to the lean management of the technical and operational field. 参与实施技术运营领域精益管理相关的数字化工具。 -
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by leader. 完成主管交办的其他临时性任务。
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor degree or above on HVAC engineering, Thermal engineering or related. 具备暖通工程、热能工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 -
Fluent English, including speaking and writing. 英语流利（口语及书面）。 -
Be familiar with project management, operation optimizing, operational digital tools implementation and relevant standards & practice. 熟悉项目管理、运营优化、运营数字化工具实施及相关标准规范。 -
More than 10 years working experiences on design or project management. 10年以上设计或项目管理从业经验。
