ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading French industrial group, specializing in air and gas transportation, with a strategic and expanding operational hub in Suzhou.

Manage the relationship with suppliers to address their needs in support of the Customer Officers from France.
o Maintain supplier contacts throughout China and build a partnership relationship with suppliers.
o Be their primary contact and respond daily to all their requests via phone or messaging.

Coordinate orders for the AirFlow subsidiaries.
o Handle requests from Customer Officers across all regions.
o Place orders with freight forwarders and gas suppliers.
o Schedule loading with shipping lines directly or through freight forwarders.
o Plan transportation with freight forwarders.
o Monitor import and export transportation.
o Provide dedicated documents for export and import.
o Inform the group's customer officers of any problems or anomalies occurring in the tracking of an order and propose solutions to resolve the issue.

Inspection of cylinders during orders.
o Visit the gas supplier to verify the accuracy of the order.
o Maintain an inventory of the status of our cylinders.
o Provide all documents intended for import and exportes.
o Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoice lines for all AirFlow products and services.
o Manage supplier billing disputes.

Information system management.
REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field [Must have];

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or coordination role [Must have];

Proficiency in written and spoken English [Must have];

Technical knowledge of safety regulations for handling pressurized containers (e.g., IMDG code) is a strong advantage;

Strong autonomy, initiative, rigor, and excellent communication skills;

Ability to travel domestically approximately twice per month.
