ABOUT THE COMPANY
MISSION
They are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee the overall brand strategy and operation of the company, integrating general management functions to drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating brand development strategies, leading cross-functional teams, managing business operations, and communicating with global shareholders to align brand goals with corporate development objectives. You will collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and market partners to enhance branch value and market competitiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and implement overall brand development strategies tailored to the textile industry, overseeing brand positioning, promotion, and image management to enhance brand influence and market share.
Undertake general management responsibilities, including leading cross-functional teams, managing operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring the efficient operation of brand-related business in the textile sector.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (shareholders, teams, suppliers, clients, partners) to align demands, promote collaborative projects, and support the smooth development business.
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and brand operational risks in the textile field, propose adaptive adjustments and risk mitigation measures, and track key performance indicators to ensure brand business goals are achieved.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration would be preferred. -
Language proficiency in French, English and Mandarin is required. -
Experience in sourcing sector, quality control and team management is required.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. -
Strategic thinker. -
Willingness for frequent business trips.
