MISSION
The Marketing Communication junior manager Greater China role is to define, design and execute the marketing communication strategy. Unify online and offline communications through different platforms and maximize the brand exposure. Develop marketing materials to support the business and the implementation of the marketing tools (Events, Loyalty programs, Digital, Promotions, Selling Tools, etc…).
RESPONSIBILITIES

Define, design the regional marketing communication strategies in line with overall marketing strategy. -
Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities. -
Adapt the marketing strategies from the head office to the region (with local adaptations if necessary) .

Unify online and offline communication strategy through different platforms and maximize the brand exposure. -
Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.

Prepare & develop media actions for the region (online / print ads, etc.). -
Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize marketing communication and develop supporting assets to our customers.

Sales tools (brochures, sales books, product descriptions, marketing sheets, etc) for commercial actions.

360° Annual launch of the year (adapt & develop tools for launch & events with Marketing Manager & Chefs, work hand-in-hand with them & BDs for communication of info, event organization, logistic issues, etc).

Trade promotion (promotion mechanism, leaflet, recipe brochures, gift ordering, gift development, etc. -
Support trade shows & events in the region. -
Support Pastry activities in the region (co-developing with chefs).

Registration of new products with distributor with necessary info. -
Adapt & diffuse product news (arrival of new products, change of recipes or packaging, discontinuation, factory break, etc) & latest brand news to team & distributors. -
Respond to distributor QA inquiries and provide necessary info, coordinate with HQ. -
Sample ordering for BDs and Chefs. -
Coordinate trainings for the sales force and Chefs, respond to BDs & distributors enquiries on product/tools’ information. -
Develop relevant new product launching materials. -
Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.

Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge of content development and design sense -
Strong understanding of the pastry environment (chefs, customers: hotels, restaurants, pastry studios, pastries & bakeries, etc…)

Be extremely well organized in order to stick with the deadlines for sharing the reports to the team

Priority Setting: be capable to evaluate the priority / importance of the duties in order to focus first on the most relevant priorities while managing expectations from managers / the team -
Time Management: allocate the right timing to the right task and be proactive with direct managers when help Is requested

Work with Distributors in order to share all the relevant information (new products, brand news) and answer any enquiries

Understand Distributors and Sales Force constraints in order to help to develop relevant selling / recipes tools -
Passionate about gourmet food and the F&B universe, able to relate to distributors’ environment

Fluent in English

French is a plus
-
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Marketing

Proficient on Excel, Word, PPT -
Knowledge of Indesign and Illustrator is a plus
