Develop a strategy that maximizes financial performance while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Continuously refine offerings based on market trends and client feedback.
Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects through targeted meetings.
Tailor pitches to address client pain points and future objectives.
Create products/services that solve problems or anticipate needs.
Provide responsive after-sales support and actionable feedback to build trust.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing and new clients.
Maintain consistent communication to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in logistics, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong market awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Established network of overseas partners and clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (oral & written) in both English and Chinese Mandarin.

Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.
