ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading manufacturer of sportswear, casual wear with international leadership that specializes in the design and the production of high-performance athletic apparel for men and women. Their HQ and Creative Center are based in Hong Kong, while their manufacturing plant is in South China (Zhongshan).

MISSION

They are searching for a Production Engineer across the world to drive operational excellence in their factory. In this role, you will optimize production flows, design reporting/digital tools (including AI-assisted solutions), support capacity planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams—all to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of goods while upholding sustainability and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and optimize production flows, eliminate bottlenecks, and standardize handover procedures to boost efficiency.
Design reporting tools (WIP sheets, dashboards) and real-time tracking systems; train teams on digital tools and explore AI solutions for forecasting/scheduling.
Support production planning by analyzing capacity, adjusting plans, and flagging shipment delay risks.
Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams; assist in Lean Manufacturing and sustainability compliance (ISO, BSCI).

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, or related field; 2+ years of production/industrial experience.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (MES experience a plus); familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0/AI tools.
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency a strong plus).
Strong problem-solving, organization, and cross-cultural communication skills; adaptable to fast-paced environments.
