During this tour, Mr. YANG Shaoxiang, General Counsel and Senior Attorney from bdp China, and Mr. Lars Christopher Krieger, Attorney from bdp Germany will present together on "Closing Deals Safely: Legal Risks Prevention in Sino-German Commercial Contracts". Drawing on the Civil Codes of China and Germany as well as bdp's extensive experience in contract law in both countries and on the example of typical case studies, Mr. Yang Shaoxiang and Mr. Lars Christopher Krieger will strengthen your insight into contract risk mitigation and practical strategies for resolving legal disputes in China.
