九雅联盟8月29日讯——广州白云机场外籍人士便利化服务中心于8月28日正式投入运营，推行“一柜通办”综合服务模式，致力为国际旅客提供更便捷、高效的出行体验。该服务中心引入传神多语种智能翻译支持系统，推出针对机场服务的定制智能翻译机。
落地白云机场的这款翻译机具备140余种语言实时互译功能，集成对话翻译、同声传译、拍照翻译、远程协助、离线翻译等八大模块，将助力白云机场外籍人士便利化服务中心有效突破涉外服务场景中的语言障碍，进一步提升国际接待水准。
8月28日，传神翻译机正式加入白云机场外籍人士便利化服务中心团队。
当前，白云机场国际客流持续攀升，年出入境人数已突破千万人次。传神翻译机的入驻，正助力机场构建更友好、包容的国际窗口形象，也从智慧沟通角度推动“岭南服务”与国际标准接轨。

Transn Translation Device Launched at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has officially opened its One-Stop Service Center for Foreign Nationals, providing international travelers with a more efficient and convenient arrival experience. The center is equipped with the Transn Translation Device, a smart interpretation system developed by Transn Technologies, the strategic partner with JIUYA Cultural Consortium.
As key promoter of the device, JIUYA Cultural Consortium celebrates its deployment at Baiyun Airport—a major step in broadening the application of AI-powered language technology in public services.
With annual international passenger volume at Baiyun Airport exceeding 10 million, the introduction of the translation device supports the airport's commitment to building a more inclusive and foreign-friendly environment. It also elevates the “Lingnan service standards” through intelligent communication technology.
The JIUYA Transn Translation Device supports real-time translation in over 140 languages and incorporates eight core functions including voice conversation translation, simultaneous interpretation, photo translation, remote assistance, and offline translation.
Looking ahead, JIUYA will continue to collaborate with Transn to promote language technology and culturally integrated products, supporting global business exchanges and cross-cultural artistic communication.
